If the logo had said ""nike,"" the job wouldn't have been so tiny and the client wouldn't have been so clueless. The reason they called you to pick up your work was because it was fine ... the reason they finally agreed that the work was unnacceptable was that they were tired of talking to you! You took up three people's time for thirty minutes for your thirty dollar job! Think about it. The ""new paper quality?"" You didn't know what paper you specified at the start? You couldn't have looked at some before there was ink on it? The white color was supposed to be merlot? Doesn't ... add ... up. I don't work at Bridgetown, I work at another shop, and I DON'T want your business. Pros: a comment on mapel Cons: a comment on mapel more

After a very frustrating & dissapointing experience I would Not recommend Bridgetown 2/26/2009

When I arrived to pick up the completed work I immediately noticed the proof looked nothing like the finished job. The finished job wasn't the same color and more importantly the ink was not fully saturated. My mailer was murky white where it should of been vivid merlot. It was entirely unacceptable and under no circumstances workable for business purposes. The receptionist, production worker and sales manager agreed that the completed work was unacceptable and that they would go back to the drawing board and re-do the job- however this is after about 30 mins of back and forth conversation in their conference room. \r \r From that point forward I received emails about when the new paper was expect to arrive, or someone calling to confirm they have the correct art work, etc. etc. At no point did anyone mention revised pricing. \r \r Today (4 business days after the original deadline) I received an email that the new paper quality arrived and the proofs were looking better however the pricing would remain the same. \r \r Simply and directly I informed them that I am the customer and the shortcoming is on their end. I don't understand who was in charge of quality assurance during printing. Did someone cross reference the approved proof against production? Why did I get a call to come in and pick up my print work when it was obviously unacceptable to everyone in their office. Why is my deadline delayed almost a week because they could not print 500 business cards and 300 postcards? I wonder if the logo had read ""nike"" would they of called me to pick up the job? If the logo had said ""nike"" would they of offered a discount to keep in good relations with their customer? I am a small business owner and I think their level of customer service is unacceptable. \r I am very disappointed and unfortunately need to find another vendor to print my artwork which further delays my time line. I would not recommend Bridgetown printing.\r \r more
