On Monday, August 13, 2012, Mail2web.com had some servers that went down (of course, we determined this - no alert was sent from M2W). As a result, our email went down. We emailed an called Mail2web.com repeatedly - ultimately opening 4 trouble tickets! Each time, we were promised a call from a "senior level engineer" - instead we received ZERO calls. Each call to their customer service yielded the same result - an overseas help desk clueless as the root cause of the problem. I've never given a negative review in my life, but after calling 5+ times and even Tweeting Mail2Web, I'm not sure what else to do! If you're looking for a totally worthless exchange server, you've found them.
