Bridal Manor

Called for info on prom dresses. A young woman answered the phone. Sighed and grunted when I asked if they had many prom dresses in stock. She said they were too busy but if had to come there they would have to stick my daughter in the bathroom so she could try on dresses. She was rude and mean on the phone.\r That same day a friend of mine called for a prom dress and they were rude to her also. Neither of us went there. more

My experience at The Bridal Manor was excellent! After shopping at 4 other bridal stores (don't go to bridal garden...the are over priced, pushy and extremely stuck up), I ended up at the bridal manor after a co-worker told me about her great experience there. I was greeted by a tall blonde (a little young but really knows her stuff!) and guided me into the room where I needed to be. Unlike many other stores, she asked me what I was looking for and actually listened. I loved almost every style she pulled. The dressing room was spacious with enough seating for my family. I wish the lighting was a little better but it was ok. After trying on about 10-12 dresses I couldn't make up my mind. Most of the other stores I narrowed it down to 1 or 2. I was allowed to take pictures here which was a big help because now I know exactly what dress I want and am going back next week to deposit. Then I skimmed through bridesmaids and there were tons to choose from. My finace's mom also found her dress there. I love how the staff really helps you find the style that looks best for your body and give an honest opinion about how things look. DEFINITELY SHOP HERE! Brought my wedding dress there for alterations - wasn't exactly what I asked for. The bustle was poorly done and kept coming out all night, (they used loops and beads instead of hook & eye closures) we ended up using safety pins so I could dance. Of my several bridesmaids, only 1 got their alterations at this store and they took in the bust from the front center instead of under the arms - it looked awful more

I was referred to the Bridal Manor by a friend of a friend and I did wind up buying my wedding gown here. I've have had a great experience with the staff who have been friendly and consistent. They were honest with thier opinions during the trying on of dresses-they didnt just tell you what you wanted to hear, they pointed out which positives and negatives each gown had. I also purchased my veil and slip here. It was nice to buy from a small place, rather then a larger place like davids bridal where the staff hounds you to make a sale- like your in a furniture store. At the Bridal Manor the same people help you each time your there, I would definitely send a friend! more

I brought my daughter here for her prom dress. The selection was outstanding. The staff couldn't be friendly or more helpful. My daughter found the perfect dress! The alterations were done perfectly. Also, sell accessories to finish off that special gown! more

I BOUGHT MY WEDDING DRESS HERE. WHEN I TRIED IT ON IN THE STORE THERE WERE A FEW PROBLEMS, HEM WAS LONGER THAN DRESS, NEEDED TO BE TAKEN OUT A LITTLE ON THE SIDES AND ARMS. NORMAL PROBLEMS ( EXCEPT THE HEM THING) I WAS TOLD THEY COULD FIX EVERYTHIG, MY DRESS WOULD BE BEAUTIFUL. WELL WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GET MY DRESS ALTERED BY A FRIEND, SHE TOLD ME THIS DRESS IS USED, ITS ALREADY BEEN ALTERED, SHE COULD TELL CAUSE THE HEM WAS LONGER THAN THE DRESS,IT COULDNT BE TAKEN OUT UNDER THE ARMS, IT ALREAD WAS ONCE AND IT COULDNT BE TAKEN IN ON THE SIDED. IT ALREADY WAS BEFORE. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE AND THEY TRIED TO SAY I DID IT MYSELF, HA, NO WAY. I WENT ROUND AND ROUND WITH THEM UNTIL THEY FINALLY GAME ME ALLL MY MONEY BACK. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 3 WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING.I WOULD NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN OR SUGGEST IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!! GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL,THEY GOT ME A NEWWW DRESS THAT SAME DAY!!! more
