I don't know why all of you are disappointed with suburban bridal... i went there and my consultant was very nice and helped be find MY DRESS, she was helpfull and sent me a card after i ordered my dress... so either you ladies are hard to please or maybe i'm easy to please... i don't know! more

Good: It is only 2 minutes from my house, but I am driving 60 minutes to Lincoln for a dress that I could get there because they are so rude.. Bad: Was told to go home get on the internet and figure out the style number of dresses in their store. I was the only one there shopping, and they were still too busy to give me the time of day! Acted like they didn't even want my business. Well they won't get it then.. Improvements: Fire the whole staff and get somebody with some customer services skills, I can't believe they stay in business!. Other: GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL, THE BRIDAL GOWN OUTLET IN LINCOLN, ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!. more

Good: absolutely nothing, especially the unprofessional staff. Bad: THe big lady is a total b ----. She treats you like dirt. How can they still be in business. There alterations lady is supposedly in only 1 day a week...What is her first priority...can't be b ride b/m dresses. How can a store this rude and disrespectful sell anything. "Cheap" is not ruining the wedding day. They don't care if they order in the wrong items because late in the game you don't have any choice but to take your oder after they have ruined your wedding shopping. Go to Bridal Traditions!!!. Improvements: Doesn't matter I have 3 friends, 2 cousins for wedding dresses and many b/m's and mothers that WILL NOT be shopping there Wonder how much that adds up to..Thousands. I went in to suburban to look at dresses, found a dress I LOVED and couldn't find it anywhere else. I had no intention of buying anything there because I was reprimanded like a child each time I was there and treated like it was too much effort for them to be nice and help their customers. I ended up buying my dress there because it was cheap and I couldn't find it anywhere else. I have had nothing but problems- each of my bridesmaids were treated like they had the plague, and each time I call to see on a shipping date for my bridesmaids dresses, I get reprimanded because their employees TWICE on two separate occasions, two different people, showed me the wrong color cards, so I ordered two colors/ fabrics that do not come together, so now they have to be specially ordered. Um, excuse me, I believe it was YOUR employees that showed me the wrong things and let me order the wrong things- not my fault! I would NEVER recommend anyone get anything there, I will be taking my dress and my girls' dresses somewhere else to get alterations done, because I have heard nothing but horror stories about what they do to dresses. I'm just waiting for my order to be filled so I can go in and give them a piece of my mind without being scared they will ruin something!! more

I would just like to warn every bride to be out there that this is one of the worst places to go. Their customer service is terrible and heaven forbid you have a problem with your dress or event. They are rude and inconsiderate and they have no right to be in the customer service business. Horrible horrible experience. Please if you are considering getting married in the Omaha area do not use this place, it will ruin your whole wedding experience, I know it did for me. more

I have had nothing but problems with this business. First, they measured one of the bridesmaids wrong. Then they ordered the completely wrong STYLE of dresses, so all of the bridesmaids' measurements were completely off. They refused to re-order the correct style or even produce a partial refund--they offered to alter the dresses and that was all. They are VERY rude everytime I have had to deal with them. It is by far the WORST customer service that I have ever received anywhere, and I will be warning everyone about their poor business practices. Please, if you are planning your dream wedding do NOT use this bridal shop to buy your bridesmaids dresses or wedding gown. You will be disappointed! more

just want to warn all other brides to be!! I have had a horrible experience with this bridal shop!! I won't even go into all the details and all of the problems, but they have the worst customer service that i have ever experienced anywhere!! I just hope that my bm's dresses come in ok. now that i have asked around, i here that their reputation proceeds them. Too bad i didn't do more research before going there. :) more
