The actual apartments are great. Don't let them sell you on the luxuries. The pool is no longer open year round. The Tiger Woods golf game is always broken. The big screen projector in the club house only works half the time. Since the pool is closed in the winter now, there is no common area to hang out in when it is 70 degrees out in Feb. No common area means no grills. There is dog doodoo everywhere. I am a dog owner but most people do not clean up after themselves. I am thinking of moving. There is no gate code so no one can enter with out notifying you, including deliveries. Even though this is a gated community my vehicle was vandalized by the little skate board punks who run the parking lot and shut off people's electricity. The whole thing this place had going for it was a year round heated pool which is no longer. This place is horrible now. I would't move in here if someone paid me.
