Brent Brown is a good dealership 1/16/2013

A car dealership is a car dealership. I definitely don't like spending large amounts of money, but that is what you have to do when you want to buy a new car. That is the same no matter where you buy your car. I say Brent Brown Toyota is a good dealership because their sales staff is very friendly and not pushy at all. They were patient with me and helped me through the entire process. Of course I didn't particularly like the idea of parting with money, but that has nothing to do with the service provided. I'd say it was a pretty good car buying experience. more

Baaaad Experience 6/18/2012

Don't plan on having buyer's remorse if you buy a car from Brent Brown. They will threaten to sue you if you try to return the car and don't care if they loose money on the transaction. Once they sell a car it is sold because they pay their salesmen $500 commission per car. I also didn't have a good experience with their repair department. The mechanic totally lied to sell the car and then after the sale revealed there was extensive work that had to be done. Of course, they were willing to do the repairs for me after the sale. I am one year away from purchasing a $50,000 truck and I won't buy it from them. I definitely will not use them for repairs either. more

Horrible Experience 9/29/2011

Purchase a "thoroughly inspected" vehicle from Brent Brown Toyota only for them to tell me less than a year later that the engine needed to be replaced due to engine sludge buildup. Engine sludge buildup happens if a car is treated poorly over a very prolonged period of time - not one year since the supposed "inspection" more

The service advisors at Brent Brown are very genuine when trying to help and are very nice about it as well. I really enjoyed their kindness and honesty. Excellent service done here every time. more

The personnel here is great and very willing to answer any questions I had with great attitude! Everyone was very courteous and friendly and professional. I actually had a great time at this place while purchasing my new car! more
