Intreresting Learning Experience 4/2/2012

I came here with a groupon deal, 30 classes (at 3 locations) for $20. When I arrived, the studio was neat, clean, and peaceful. The instructor was warm and friendly, and explained the classes to me. After trying the class, everything ached, but in a good way! I felt more energized and wound up completing more tasks than normal for the day. I would go again. more

Much more than just Yoga 2/27/2011

I've been taking class for 7 months. My body is much more flexible, my mind is more peaceful and I feel energetic. (I used to feel tired all the time) My friends tell me I look younger:) So over all, I have great experience at Breathing & Relaxation Center. Also I like this place because the class consists of stretch, breathing and relaxation and anybody can easily follow(no extream postures.) more

It is amazing experience for me.? I have been practicing Dahn yoga for several years. My first experience of Dahn yoga was amazing. Physically I felt fine but I always felt empty and was looking for something to fulfill my heart. Stretch was really good. Some posture was easy to follow. Some posture was challenging. It was first time to feel my body like that clearly. Breathing time I could be more aware of my body and mind. In and out. in... and out... By breathing I could stay in the present. My mind became quiet and my body become so relaxed. I realize this is how to heal my body and mind. Last part was energy meditation. I felt some magnetic sensation on my palms. By feeling energy the sense of meditation was getting deeper and deeper... After my first, Dahn yoga became one of the most important part of my life... I recommend Dahn yoga to everybody!? more
