I just had a $6.45 order delivered. Bagel and a smoothie. I gave the delivery man a $20 and asked for 12$ back. He tried to snatch the reciept hed given to me out of my hand demanding to know how much my order was. It was scary and rude. Im sorry but you dont get huge tips when your delivering something under 10$ thats not even heavy. Its sunny and warm outside and its your job you dont get to demand more money from a customer. Take your issues up with your boss not a paying customer. more

My office is few blocks away, so I sometimes go to this location for panini during lunch hour. They can handle simple orders like those lunch specials without making too many mistakes. But they are always rude to me when I have questions. That doesn't stop me from going there. One time the manager mess up my friend's order and after I tell him, the manager get mad at us. The order supposed to be ""spinach omelets"", 10 minutes later we receive a remake of ""broccoli omelets"" filled with sugar. Yuck! He and the cook give us no right order, but dirty looks. That doesn't stop me from going there until one day when I pick up my online order at their store and one woman staff shouts at me. What happen is the cook gave my order to another customer and she get mad(at me!). Her coworker stops her from being rude and later the cook remakes my food and apologizes. And That's it! The customer service is AWFUL! I've eaten here a number of times and EVERY time their customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. The food is decent but do NOT have it delivered. Every single time I have ordered from them they either deliver the wrong items (you order pizza and instead get pasta) or they forget items altogether. On top of it all, they give you major attitude if you call to have it corrected. Go elsewhere - there are so many other choices in NYC!!
