Brass Ring Pub

Definitely best burgers in town!! This place is dark and has the feel of a regular bar. The difference is, the beer is very cold and the food is excellent. I have never been to a place that has such cold beer. Now when I go places I use brass ring pub standards to compare. Staff is also very friendly! No complaints more

I'm writing to counter the review posted just before this. The Brass ring rocks for burgers and wings. The place is always full and with a range of locals. Probably why the person before was uncomfortable, go back to Jersey or New York, please, we beg you. I don't care what exit your from!\r \r The service is direct and straight forward NOT fine dining. It's a dark, beer slinging bar that does 2 things right, Burgers and wings. Don't order a salad or fish sandwich, there are other places for that. \r \r If you want Houston's go there! If you went a great burger in a low key atmosphere that's a Mom and Pop establishment, this is for you. more

I like this place because the food is always good and I like the atmosphere. The food is just your usual bar-type food, but it's always been delicious for me. It is a little small, which means long waits on the weekends. Also, last time we went our waitress was pretty terrible. But, I'll probably still go back! more

Getting right to the point, we ordered burgers. They were more like Swedish meatballs. Mine had mushrooms - from the can, not good. Both burgers were not properly prepared. The remake on 1 was raw in the middle and the waitress said that's how they make them! I can't imagine where they found their cook. There is absolutely nothing about the burgers that could classify them as"best of" anywhere! I seriously wonder about the reviews saying how good they are. For $8 you would expect way more and not be charged extra for fries (frozen, bagged no less). If I lived next door, I wouldn't waste my time again. If you like crapholes with overpriced terrible burgers and bad service, then give it a try. I'll have to see if the food stays down! On a positive note, the beer was cold, but i would like it without the ziplock bag of ice wasting space in my already small pitcher! This place is not for tourists, they can spot you coming! more

I really enjoyed the wings and the burger I had from the Brass Ring Pub. The wings were fried crispy and had a really flavorful sauce. The burger was well prepared and had fresh ingredients. I do wish they had a cheddar cheese on the menu though. more

this is a burger and wing joint, nothing fancy. Don't plan on hanging out and having a few beers. I've never felt more like I was being shoved out of the door in my life. I'll get everything to go from now on. more

A burger and cold beer at the Brass RIng would make an excellent choice for one's last meal. This is not fine dining, it is just plain delicious. The service and prices are appropriate for the venue. Please don't change a thing. more

This hidden treasure in North Palm Beach has the \r best burgers in Palm Beach County! You dream it they can make it. The beef patties are made from fresh ground chuck and they are outstanding. Yeah they have other great items but the burger will keep you coming back. North Palm Beach location serves only beer and wine. Sister location in Royal Palm Beach serves full bar. Mad props to Phyllis at Royal Palm location. Great Bartender and awesome wings. more

I agree that the Brass Ring Pub is an great place to go for burgers, wings, and frosted mugs of beer. The one in North Palm Beach is a "hole-in-the-wall" type of bar (there is another Brass Ring in Royal Palm Beach), with some of that tavern/saloon feel to it (very dark inside even in the middle of the day). I have been going to "The Ring" for years and have developed a level of expectation regarding the place. You understand that you are going there for the food/beer and not the service (which on the best of days is considered friendly). But last night I was terribly disappointed at how poor my service was. It started off well enough with a cold pitcher of beer and frosted mugs all around for my friends and I. But the service deteriorated quickly, which had all of us wondering if we had offended our server in some way. It was as if we had become a nuisance to her. Again, I've been going to this place for years and have seen the same wait staff time and time again. I understand some have good days and some have bad ones. But I think the attitudes of the staff there have become so "non-customer friendly" as to almost make me not want to return. While last night's incident was worse than any other time I'd been to The Ring, it is indicative of where management's focus is (beer and food). I will say that for such a small place, there are only maybe two or three servers handling all the tables. Perhaps the reason the service has always been semi-curt is that they are overloaded/overworked. If Brass Ring Pub management doesn't mind customer service outside their food offering, they may find all those good burgers and frosty beers sitting there with no one to consume them. more
