Looks like the good reviews were written a few years ago. We stopped there on a cold winter Saturday evening for an early dinner. The room was not crowded at all. 4 adults, 4 kids. The kids were hungry after a Bway show, so right away, we asked for a bread and butter basket and specified that we wanted that ASAP. We then had to ask 3 times for it and finally, after about 45 minutes, it appeared. After an hour, the waiter showed up to take our orders and after another hour and believe me, I am not exagerating, the food appeared. By the way, for a restaurant that goes by the name of Branzini to be out of that particular fish is rather funny. The food was OK-my steak was rather bland, the pastas were good so was the chicken. The desserts were pretty good too. It took forever to wait for the meal, though and the place was only half full. A lady at another table was desperately waving at waiter for 15 minutes with the tab and credit card until he finally saw her. I will never set a foot in this place again!!!
