I took a Samsung 32"" in for warranty work about a week before Christmas. I tried several times to get an update but never got a call back. I finally got the tv repaired and returned on 1/29/14. This was after I contacted Samsung and complained for the third time. The TV seems to be working now but, the customer service is the Worst .They are the only Samsung warranty shop in Delaware. so, if you need warranty work for you Samsung tv be prepared to wait and don't expect anyone to respond back.
