The owner Nathan will lie to you and will avoild your phone calls and when you go in they are always waiting on parts, what he really is doing is looking for older TV's to get parts off of. A++ service. TV needed additional parts and time for repair. Nathan was very helpful when I called to get updates on the status. Due to the duration of the repair, Nathan did not charge extra money for the additional parts needed...$80 savings!! more

I had ALL MY PROGRMS DELIETED AND PRIVATE LETTERS! (13 years of stuff he was supposed to leave)\r Dispite my inplicite intruction NOT to get rid of my programs (The whole purpose of my repair was to fix a virus\r that would delete me programs Sheesh!), said serveral times\r these two Jokes Nathan and his croney did so. Oh, incedently, he said ""one to two days"" and it took a business week and a day.\r It is a good thing that I have the Future Consciousnes ""sin""\r (like a superior lie detection unit) that enables me to put together anything that is pertinent to necessity (Floaters Anomalies to Photograph), combined with THE BOX...in insure no illusions or lack of necessary reality even to a letter from the past). \r I speak in addition to the slow sticker on vehilces, one should have made me their psychiatrist, THE BOX, Future Cosciousness ""sin"" detection unit, teem work no deceptions, speaking only for posterity movement, publish all over good and bad for, again, the principal and only posterity, no TV, no additions, a good Greeting to all, write things down, big and tall men for more stability, and Foxes Song of Solomon praise my Higher Power for 10, 14, and 30 years more

Think twice before you use these rip-offs! I took my Samsung 37 in on a Monday and was charged $45.00 in advance for a diagnostic. I was told by Nathan that I would hear from him around noon on Tuesday. No call. I stopped by Tuesday PM to find out the status and was told it hadn't been looked at yet. Tomorrow was another day and he would call me. This went on until Thursday with no call. I must have stopped by and talked with Nathan at least 6 times. All I got out of him was ""I'll call you"". No call was ever received. Friday after stopping by again and seeing my TV in pieces I was told that he had been searching for parts and would let me know something by Tuesday. No call again. On Wednesday (now a week later) I visited his business and told him to please put my set back together, at least I could watch it the way it was. Got a call (finally) an hour later and was told by Nathan the set was ready for pick up. Got it home and no picture on the screen. Now I'm really mad and took it to Harvey's TV on US 92. Harvey""s called me and told me that the wires inside the set were not connected. He would connect the wires. \r Folks, if you want to get ripped off then Brandon TV is the place to go. They don't return calls and will not do what they say they will do. The tips on this site that are positive are probably done by ole Nathan himself to try and make his business look good. I intend to report this to the Better Business B. , for all the good it will do. By the way, check out the outside and inside appearance of this business before you leave any electronics with them. This tells the whole story of the type of service you will receive. It is a hole in the wall and cluttered and nasty. more

A Horrible Experience for my disabled husband\r \r Not only would they not repair the control for his lift chair, but would not return his $40 deposit. We heard the ""technician is sick"" and ""They sent us the wrong part"" every time we called. They stopped taking our calls so we resorted to using our cell phones, and kept getting the run around. In the end, the control was fixed in about 5 minutes--something that any beginning tech could do--and we would have been happy to have paid an additional $20 for that service, if only they had done it! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY. more

Bad Experience, they fixed my 50"" TV charged me $410 and it worked 1 day . Brought it back cost me anther $90 and worked 6 days. Brought it back had Tv 2 months, every time I called Nathan would tell me there waiting for parts. I got tired of waiting I turned them into the Better Business. The last time I talked to Nathan he informed me that I broke the TV transporting it , this was after he received the letter from the better business. So he had my TV for 2 months and never looked at it. I picked it up and brought to another local TV repair shop, he charged me $50 and checked it out, all it needed was to be re-programmed. more

If you want to be ripped off; use this place...they are the worst ever. They use used parts to repair items and tell you otherwise. NOT WORTH IT!!! DONT DO IT!!! more

Worst experience ever. took 2 tvs in with lightning damage. I asked them if it's worth bothering with repairs and they said they are usually repairable. paid them $70 deposit for diagnostic which is non-refundable which I never would have done if they didn't tell me they are usually repairable. After a week, i never heard anything so I called them. I don't think they had actually even looked at them yet. they told me parts were ordered. i called back after another week and they put me on hold forever and came back saying the parts were in but the tech hurt his ankle last week and was coming in later. told me he'd call me back with the status. he never did so i called again and they told me they are still working on them. I called again and they said they aren't repairable. told me they were cheap tvs. they knew that when i brought them but i think they just wanted to keep the non-refundable fee and hope they could keep the tvs for spare parts for others. we went and picked them up anyway just so they couldn't use them. RIP OFF CITY! Very unprofessional people. Never call you with status or return your phone calls. I think they just make their money by the non-refundable deposits. more

This place fixed my lcd quick. I dropped it off in the morning at 9:30 and received it back at 4:30. It was affordable and accurate. Very happy. I'm going to be bringing in my other tv that was hit during the surge. more

These people are great.I took my 50 "" mitsubishi dlp for repair. They were very knowledgeable; much more so then the three shops I called before I called them. The job cost me less than a 1/3 of replacing my tv. The picture looks much better than I can even remember from before the repair. I'm going to bring in my computer since they did such a great job with the tv. Very glad there is still some place that knows what there doing and even happier with my savings. more

I recently took my 65 inch panasonic lcd to a guy in plant city and was quoted over 700.00. I called up Brandon tv and they explained that the techs I took it to were modular technicians. They then explained that they are component technicians at Brandon tv and that they would not be replacing whole boards with thousands of parts in stead they just replace the parts that go bad. The final outcome was 476.00 and a WARRANTY which the other shop didn't even offer. Warranties are standard with every job and cleaning and alignments are performed free with every job. Bottom line these guys were really prompt , super knowledgeable, friendly and SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY. I would never go any place else. Thanks Brandon TV. more

They were correct, fast and the only people that could give me a proper diagnostic! The price was good It was much cheaper than another local shop that could only tell me I needed an entire circuit board replaced. Def recommended A++++++++ more

I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy! My husband and I dropped off our to tv to get fixed. It was only a year old and the sound wasn't working, but it had a clear picture. We were told that it would take one week for them to order the piece and fix it. Well, after waiting 5 months and countless calls, we picked it up. They hadn't fixed it and were soooo rude! Basically we paid them $45 for them to let our beautiful tv accumulate dirt. They even took the plug in cord and then argued with us that the tv wasn't brought in with one. I wouldn't be surprised if they took out the good pieces out of it to use on other tvs. more

The store front should have been a tip off, but hey… it’s Seffner. I took a vintage piece of Stereo equipment in on 12/6/11 for a simple repair and paid a $35 drop off fee. After not hearing anything for almost 2 months I called and was told it would be the next week. I never heard anything more. Finally, I picked this item up the beginning of April 2012 after never hearing anything. Not only was it never fixed it is now scratched scuffed and coated with dust inside and out and now not worth fixing. The $35 is non-refundable. What really chaps me is that the “tech” new exactly how this whole deal was going to go down and never intended on fixing the equipment. Any good reviews about this place have to be written by the random people hanging around this place not even pretending to work. more

We took our Polaroid flat screen 32 inch there in Jan. 2011. It kept shutting off on its own and would come on when it wanted. We went to check on it and see how things were going and were told that he hadnt got around to look at it yet. Kept going back and calling the shop and asking about our tv, nothing... It is Feb. 2012 and I still have NOT got my tv back. Also I have never heard from anyone either. So basically I paid these people a 45 dollar non refundable fee to keep my tv for me. They suck! more

My 70 inch mitsubishi dlp gave me a lamp error so I replaced the lamp. I was sad to find out that the lamp did not resolve my issue. I called another shop before Brandon tv because Brandon Tv would not do the work in my home. He explained he had a shop with a ton of equipment to diagnose things at a smaller component level which would cost me less than a guy coming out and swapping more than you need because they cant source problems . I would prefer that my tv not leave my home so I went with the guy who comes to do the work in your home. He had very few tools and even less knowledge. I should have stuck with my gut because the guy that came out told me it was going to require a thousand dollar part. I recalled Brandon tv because he had sounded the most knowledgeable . They came and got the tv for 85.00 dollars. They did all the lifting and my connections and the fee covered the return and setup as well. Better than that they were able to fix my tv for 428.26 and they cleaned and aligned it for free. My money is on Brandon tv next time I have a problem I'm not going to waste my money on another underqualified guy I'm just going to call Brandon Tv the first time. more

I have had the worst experience EVER here at Brandon TV. I brought my 50"" Samsung LED TV when I got it back unrepaired, I took it another repair shop. They explained to me that parts were missing out of the set and I would have to replace those first before it could be diagnosed. In the end I reaplaced the missing parts and then the shop also repaired the intial concern with the tv the total repair bill was 110 dollars cheeper than brandon TV. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Hopefully that wil help. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. more

Hello if you have ever had a poor experience with this company I am here to help. Fist make sure you did not pay sales tax on any labor performed because that's illegal. The owner of the company Elliott Flomberg is listed locally in the white pages if you would like to contact him. His son Nathan Flomberg is also listed, www.hcso.tampa.fl.us/ just search for him name under previous arrest I think there is around 20. The company has been around about 30 years and is still unincorporated which means Elliott Flomberg is personally liable for any wrong doings. I will be adding stuff to this page daily until the website is finished being developed. I am a concerned person who knows about the wrong doings of these people. If you have tried to you get help and been shut down I will help you. Lost money with them? Didn't get your tv back? paid too much money for a repair, yes that to there is a law that deals with fair trade.
