It's now a skeleton of what used to be a nice place. I'd been going to here for the past 10 years and aside from the former owner, there's not much left to give praise to. The staff is rude, the head doctor there isn't any better. I don't know what happened to all the nice people that used to be there, but I'm taking it as a reflection of it being a not-so-happy environment. There's many better choices in the north hills/cranberry area. more

I used this hotel for my cat twice. Both were very positive experiences. The 2nd time, thanks to the "Arab Spring", I was stuck abroad and late returning to pick up my cat. I called to inform them and no problem. They even went to the store to get more cat food. Overall this place is clean, the people are friendly, the prices very reasonable. The rooms (cages) looked comfy, not at all like some other pet hotel cages that just looked depressing, like a pet store. I was happy, my cat seemed happy. I have since moved far away, or I would definitely use them again.\r \r *I did not use the veterinary hospital, so no feedback there. more

Worst veterinarian ever. They are all about the dollars. Bradford Hills RELUCTLENTLY gave me a prescription for heart guard and then refused to verify it with 800 pet meds. I called Bradford Hills to ask why and they transferred me to the ?Doctor?s? voicemail. I never got a reply. I?ve used them for several years and its always about pumping the bill. After a month of trying to fill my prescription I?m getting a new dog doc! more

This is quite simply the best veterinary clinic in the area! After my toy-breed dog had a terrible experience at another local vet clinic in which her throat and chest were horribly bruised while taking blood for pre-surgery bloodwork and the vet insinuated that my dog had a clotting problem, I took her to Bradford Hills and they were absolutely fantastic. They listened to my concerns. They examined my dog carefully. Their tech that does bloodwork was great - she didn't even leave a small bruise! My dog's bloodwork all came back normal and her surgery went flawlessly. All of the people who work here that I dealt with are great! They were all pleasant, kind, and treated my dog as though she was their own! I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, especially if you own a toy-breed dog! more

they truly are. I've been bringing my dogs here for about 3 years now. I've always gotten in on the same day if I needed it, and my pets get treated better by the staff than I treat them sometimes. loL. I know alot of the staff by name, Dr Krewotch and Dr. Donna are the best, Lisa has been there forever, she will get you in the same day or answer any question I've asked her, Wendy, Melody and Heather have been the assistants that I know the most. I have been lucky, my dogs have not been that sick but I know that if that should happen, they will get the best care that you could find. 5 out of 5 stars! more

I had to laugh after reading the review from John. What an uncompassionate study of a pet owner. He has a dying pet yet doesn't want to spend any money. Then why do anything at all. ANYWAYS, this is a great hospital, and your pet gets great care. Dr Krewatch has been my vet for years, but I will see any of them. The salon is wonderful, my dog comes home clean and calm and Marge is the absolute best. The receptionists get you in when ever you need to be seen. I like a staff that has been together for a long time, it shows that Dr Krewatch is a good boss. Some of them have been there for years...Wendy, Dr Shurring, Lisa, Debbie are just some of the wonderful helpers. It is nice to know that when I need help for my pet, I have Bradford Hills Veterinary Hospital. more

This is a very hard thing for me to write, but I must tell you how wonderful they were to me. Me beloved 16 year old cat was at the end of her life. Not sick but it was time, as I had seen her decline over the past several days. One night I decided i could not do this to the both of us, and I called Dr. Krewatch. Thru my tears, the receptionist, who I'm so sorry but I am not sure of her name (leslie, Lucy, Liz, I'm sorry) was a blessing. She told me to come right over and they fit me in. Dr. Graham put my best friend to sleep, and let me stay in the room and talk to her thru her journey. I was a hysterical mess. There was another girl in the room, I'm sorry again (Melissa?) who was so sweet. About a week later, I recevied the most beautiful card HAND SIGNED by everyone in the office. I know that I may not be like everyone out there, and pay anything for my cat, but I did and still would. Pets are your family members, please treat them as such. I Love this hospital!! I called and spoke with Lisa, she was very knowlegeable and nice and got me in the same day. I had never been there before, but was very impressed. I saw Dr. Graham, who took care of my puppy's paw and the medicine helped with in 2 days. It is very stressful to see your puppy in pain, and I was so happy that I found a place that loves animals as much as the owners. I have never had a pet before, so I do not know about prices, but I did not think what I spent was that much. I know they have a kennel and groomer, but I will probably never use them, just because I will not have the need to. Go to Bradford Hills Veterinary Clinic you will be glad you did! more

i've been a tech for over 10 years and think that "frusturated pet owner" review is a joke. we'd see guys like him come in all of the time... not wanting to spend a dime. if his cat was on deaths door he should be a responsible pet owner to be aware enough that the most basic of diagnostics BLOODWORK costs money. pet costs money!!! if your cat has not been to a vet in a million years and you don't take care of it then you need to start somewhere after the exam. then that guy goes back a week later? and complains again!!! it's people like that that made being a tech so difficult. that blank stare from the vet he was probably thinking "why the hell didn't you bring your cat in sooner" or else "why can't you spend money on your pet" . this guy obviously has no clue. animal lovers feel frusturated with people like that!! i have never worked at this location but know people who highly recommend it and have for years. i think that this guy should NOTt be a pet owner!! i feel sorry for him an more

I must say that the previous review is way off and entirely incorrect. While I do realize that each pet owner has their own experience, I have found Bradford Hills to be the absolute best in providing care for my pets. All the doctors, technicians and front desk staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty for me,starting with same day appointments and having the actual vet call me back with test results. I have been coming here for years, and yes, there are more vets in this area now, but I will be staying with BH. If my pet is sick, I want the absolute best for him, and that means spending some money for tests and medications. Vets cannot "look" at an animal, or make assumptions about a pet because they have "seen' animals before. Would you ask your family doctor that? I let the vet make the diagnosis, not the "internet", which only causes misinformation and an arrogant pet owner. This is about the worst place to take your pet if you \r 1. Care about your pet \r 2. Care about your money\r \r I've spent over $500 dollars there this past week and both of my experiences were horrible. \r \r 1st Experiece: Took my cat in as he was not eating and extremely dehydrated. An inexperienced Vet was assigned to me. She want'd to run $378 dollars worth of tests and even then we still wouldn't know what was going on. I have an older cat so I don't want to spend thousands of dollars (what we later found out what it would cost after seeing a real Vet practice) just to diagnose. I asked repeatedly, you have seen animals before what could it be? She just stared at me with a blank look on her face. You have to be kidding me. The reason being is because they have to run multiple tests first before even having a clue of what the issue is. They make a lot of money at this vet and I see why. It's incredibly frustrating when you have a dying cat on your hands and all they care about is money. \r \r Second experience the same week. I took my dog in after eating some raisins and specifically told the Vet that I want to test her kidney function to see if it is ok. Anyone with an internet connection can look up the side effects for raisins and dogs. This is the number one thing to look for. It was 72 hours after she ate the raisins so I wanted to know if their were any ill affects on her kidneys. I asked him you have a test that will show the kidney function right? Vet, ""Yes"". Ok we agreed to run the test. When I go to check out my bill is $180+ dollars. Unbelievable. I said the office visit is $50 and the test is $99 why is it $180+??? ""Well the dr also ran the blood count too."" Wow, that's not what I wanted nor what I asked him to do. So I told the receptionist you really have a money making practice here and she kind of smirked then went to print my bill. I told my wife about this who is a nurse and she immediately called and argued with the Vet stating that the only thing we were requesting was if the kidneys are functioning properly. He began to lie and tell her that the other test would show that as well then my wife caught him and said that can only detect infection and not toxicity. Basically it went on and on and the Vet stated, ""I guess we'll have to agree to disagree."" \r \r Unbelievable. I constanstly get overcharged with this vet and wanted to share my experience with you on the quality of Vets they have their and their money hungry attitude. I am no longer taking my pet there ever again. I can't stand these type of practices. We had our dog scheduled to go there next week for there in house kennel but we are switching it. I no longer want to contribute any more money to this god awful practice. \r \r By the way we took our cat to an animal hostipal and the care there was superb and very informative. My 8 year old Australian Shepard has been coming here since he was a month old. My dog loves Dr. Krewatch and we always request him for our appointments. The other doctors are lovely as well. I think Dr. Krewatch is very good at what he does, he always knows exactly what to do when my dog comes in with a problem. I have met the other veterinarians and they are very good at what they do as well. What makes me look up to Dr. Krewatch even more is that he takes in stray animals, has them treated if needed and gives them a place to stay in the veterinary kennel. He also has two very adorable dogs who I have cared for elsewhere :) more

I work at the Pet Hotel as well. We all absolutley love animals and are trained to handle anything. There is a veterinary office next door which is something that makes me feel comfortable knowing that they are as safe as possible. My manager goes above and beyond with keeping things clean and making sure every dog and cat is happy and safe. At any time you could walk through a kennel (with a staff member because some dogs are very agressive and we don't want anyone to get hurt) and see for yourselves. Dr. Krewatch has been our vet for at least 25 years. We first started there when his business was in his white house and he only had one employee with him. We have had NO complaints and all of our pets actually love going there. We have been there for routine check-ups and for the sad times when we had to put our beloved dogs down and they are always very caring. more

These are the professionals in the area. I have taken my dogs to other vets but have come back to Bradfordhills for their professionalism, knowledgable staff and cleanly atmosphere. However, they are more expensive then other vets. Personally, for basic check up and shots you can save a buck going elsewhere but if your pet has any sort of health issue, you gotta go to Bradfordhills for a competent diagnosis and treatment. I also like that they have a number of vets on staff and that I can count on all their input for my pets treatment. I have been taking my dogs there for over 10 years and have seen them grow from a very small clinic with one vet in an old house to their now ultra-modern, new facility with kennels, multiple examination rooms and large staff. You can't go wrong with Bradford Hills. These people truly love animals - and as a client you will be treated as family. I can't say enough about them. We have four cats and a dog and they have seen us through everything from 2 week old kittens through failing old age of a dog. When the time came to end our pets suffering, they were so compassionate - they made hard decisions a little easier. They have been nothing less than professional, loving, and just great people. The Hospital is a wonder - they treat all my pets as their own - and I trust their judgement completely. The Pet Hotel is wonderful as well and I have no problems leaving my dog or cats there. They are treated like royalty (better than I am at my hotel) and the pet salon is exceptional as well. I love this place. I wish I could live there! more

I have been taking my pets to Bradford Hills for over 15 years. Dr. Krewatch is a wonderful vet. The staff is so caring - especially during that difficult time when a pet's life has come to an end. I recommend Bradford Hills to all my friends. I had to use their ER service late one Sunday night and I am so glad that they were there. They saved my pet's life. more

Most kennels wouldn't accept our dog because they were terrified of him, though he is only fifteen pounds, he is a fear biter and is muzzled wherever he goes. Not only did Bradford Hills Pet Hotel accept him, but by the time we came to pick him up one of the girls that work there was carrying him in her arms and he was giving her kisses. We were able to experience firsthand just how much everyone there loves the animals they are taking care of. They could have just left him alone to be crabby in his kennel, instead they took the time to win over our surly little puppy. Bradford Hills Pet Hotel is the best home away from home your pet could ask for. more

i would strongly recommend bring your pet there. i work there and i know every one cares for you pet and would do any thing. for them. i have been in the back where the pet owners do not go and it is the most healthest place you can take your pet to stay. and the funest place can go when you are away. it is like they are on vacation just like you. i would strongly recommend Bradfordhills Pet Hotel to any one who is going away and needs to take their pet some where safe and some where their going to have fun.
