We do not recommend BQ if you want a good customer experience and quality work. While our basement is waterproofed, the trouble, headache customer experience and everything you have to deal with is terrible. On top of that, their work is terrible. The problem is, you pay, they install, then you're really stuck if you're unhappy. They've already got your money!! Was sold and paid for a system that shouldn't have been installed in my type of basement, but we weren't told that until after installation and after we paid. Go to someone else and don't pay until after you're happy with the work. BQ while they claim they want to help and make things right, make it very difficult when things go wrong. They'll apologize up and down and come out again and again, but don't ever really provide any resolution...ever!
