I purchased my 2001 beetle from Bozzani in 2005. The managers are unfriendly, pushy, and not trustworthy. They first lied about the price adding more in the contract, and then, in order to cover their rudeness, they offered to detail my car for me. When i got it back, the inner door panel was coming off and it had a few of the plastic pieces broken on the inside. I had a terrible experience with them, and will not go back to them ever again, for even the smallest service. I came on city search looking for a trustworthy Volkswagon dealer, and i came across this one review. \r \r In response to the one review listed on here by: Jasonkbren: It is funny that you are the only good review, and if you go on the Better Business Bureau, one may find out that you happen to be the GENERAL MANAGER of bozzani!!!!! THIs is just further proof of bozzani's untrustworthy employees. I suggest everyone read the better business bureau website, you will find that Bozzani has a letter grade of an ""F"" !!!! unbelievable more
