I made Eagle with Troop 62 twenty years ago and, if he chooses to continue, my son will also in the next few years. The number of members is strong, and the adult leadership is phenomenal. Almost all of the leaders are volunteers who no longer have children in the scouts...many of the leaders have accomplished the rank of Eagle Scouts themselves, the rest deserve it anyway! Supplies for the boys are plentiful and in good condition. There is an aim, usually fulfilled, to have at least one weekend long camping trip per month. The boys go snowboarding/skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, you name it. Is Troop 62 the best toop out there?...aw yeah!
Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: Pretty much nothing.
