Not good 6/2/2011

I went there a couple of weeks ago and had terrible service. After we had been seated we had to request the table beed cleaned ans we were afraid to put our arms on it. They had just opened so it was left from the night before. I had to ask for salt and pepper after my food arrived since there was none on the table. I sent back the french fries because they were not edible and once the food was delivered I did not see the waitress again until we flagged her down for the check.\r I will say the wings were good and the serving was large. more

Box Seats in Fleming Island Is So Bad!! 4/29/2011

Went to Box Seats in Fleming Island on 4/30/11 with a female friend. She ordered a well done Cheese Burger and Frys, I ordered the Shrimp Casadia , her frys were under cooked, the burger was rare. My Casadia was burnt. Had to locate the waitress twice for a beer refill. Bad experience to say the least. Have given this place three strikes…..YOUR OUT!! Don’t waste your time or money!! $$$$ more

My first visit to Box Seats was wonderful. The staff is ""very productive"" and positive. The food was wonderful. They have plenty of t.v.s so any program you can imagine can be put on for you. I was there with my 2 children and the nice lady Tiffany put on their favorite program while we dined in, I would suggest her everytime I visit Box Seats,and that doent even include all the cool games that the kids just love! ""Tasty Food"" and ""Wonderful Service!"" I give them an extremely high rating! Pros: Parking, Kid friendly, Grat Food more
