The Bowery which is right next door to Bowers Harbor Inn is probably one of the best reasons to take a drive out the peninsula. The restaurant is in a converted Inn and is set within such a beautiful backdrop with Grand Traverse Bay right across the street. If you go to The Bowery, you simple must try the ribs. While the menu is full of other wonderful items, the ribs are definitely signature and worth ordering. Bowers Harbor and The Bowery were recently purchased by new owners who are supposedly renovating the Inn so it will be interesting to see what the future holds.
