We tried the "house specials" which included a sampling of jambalaya, shrimp/crawfish ettoufee, and red beans and rice. All 3 tasted basically the same but in different colors. The sausage in the dishes was in no way cajun but more than likely polska kielbasa from hilshire farms. The soup was like the entrees, cornstarchy and bland but with plenty of crawfish. Maybe the fried stuff, like a po' boy sandwich, is good since can't really mess up fried fish too much but i did not try it or desserts. If you're looking for good New Orleans food, this aint your place. However, to be fair, I bet the place is alot fun at night with the music jamming and drinks a flowing, just not for the food.
