DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I found this company online looking a for a water slide bounce house for my daughter's 4th bdy party. When I looked at the water slides they had to offer I found a princess combo one that said it could be used wet or dry & the price listed was $259 for all day rental (mind you this was highlighted in red as if it was some special deal they had going on). So I called to ask a few more questions about the bounce house & for availabilty. I left 2 different messages & never received a phone call back. So I finally sent them an email to let them know that I have been trying to get a hold of them to reserve the princess combo bounce house & to make sure that it was going to be a waterslide. I told them I would prefer a phone call back instead of a response to the email. They sent me a message back which quoted a completely different price from what they listed on their website. They said that the princess combo for dry was $260 and for wet $300. I sent them another email & told them to please call me so we could discuss this since that is not what they had on their website. A lady called me back, I asked her first about availabilty, she was very rude in telling me that she had a spot on the 13th of aug. Then she told me the price again that she quoted in the email, so I told her that I'm looking at her website as we speak & that is not what she has listed. I told her that she has listed wet or dry all day for princess combo is $259. She kept saying that was the price for the dry combo bounce house (which still isn't the same as what she quoted on the email) & that $300 is for the wet princess combo. I told her again that wasn't what she had on the website & I read to her what she had on there. Then she told me I was on the wrong page & that if I clicked on waterslides then I would see the price for the princess combo. (That is exactly what I did to begin with but I tried it again while she was on the phone.) So I followed her instructions & it took me to the same page I read to her earlier (wet or dry $259 all day), all she could say was, ""Well, we messed up and put the wrong price!"". So thinking this was a professional buisness, I asked her kindly if she was going to give it to me for the price that she had advertised on her website since that was why I had contacted them in the first place & that is the price they were advertising for that particular jump house. Now just to back track a little, there was another bounce house wet/dry combo on their website that was a dolphin one and this one did have two different prices on there for wet & dry (and cheaper). So when you look at their website it gives you the impression that they were doing some kind of special on the princess combo one & I did mention that to her as well. Well, she started to raise her voice and questioned what advertisement had I seen because she didn't know of any advertisement! (How are you a buisness owner & not know that when you have a website, THAT IS ADVERTISMENT! Unprofessional). When I told her the advertisement on the website she said, ""I told you that was a mess up and we never advertised for that price!"". She then quoted the price for me again & told me that I was ""being a**"" & that she doesn't want to rent anything out to me now & hung up.
This is not how you treat customers & if you (as a buisness) mess up on the price in an ad & that is what the customer sees, then you need to give it to them for that price. ESPECIALLY when you admit that was a mess up on your part! I have never gone into a store that had the wrong price listed & the manger wouldn't give it to me for that price & then correct the mess up. It's called GOOD Customer Service which is how buisnesses STAY in buisness. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TOO RENT FROM HERE! They have false advertisement, they are very rude, and they curse out their customers!
