I have been a client of BCW for 3+ years. Over the last 15 years I have been to 4 different chiropractic practices. BCW is by far the friendliest, most attentive and innovative office I have visited. Dr. Dubois takes the time for personal & professional growth not only for herself but her entire staff. The result is a team that is knowledgeable and caring. I enjoy going to my appointments because the people who work there genuinely enjoy being there, are having fun and there is a positive energy when you walk in. Dr. Dubois is passionate about chiropractic and wellness. Wellness spans beyond simply an adjustment, her services include physical therapy, massage, weight loss and fitness. Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness truly is about healing a patient and not just focusing on the quick fix. I have suffered with neck pain and lower back pain for the past fifteen years. Prior to my visits with Dr. Lynna Lies, I had gone to a few other doctors that merely made quick adjustments and sent me on my way. I always ended up in pain again and this cycle just continued. Upon my first visit with Dr. Lynna, she did a complete physical evaluation and walked me through a treatment program that would be best for me. It was at this point that I also discussed an issue I had been having with my shoulder for the past year. I was encouraged to attend an orientation night where I learned more about the whole concept of healing over quick fixes when it comes to chiropractic and wellness. My visits slowly worked me into a routine of stretching and building up strength in my trouble areas. Dr. Lynna used the graston technique on my shoulder and after a year of aching, throbbing, and numbing sensation, I was able to finally use it again without any pain. I can honestly say that I have never had a doctor that has listened so well to my concerns and made a point to make me feel welcomed and cared for. The staff in general are extremely friendly and the massages that were suggested as part of my treatment truly helped as well. If you are looking for healing...and not just treatment then this is the perfect place for you. more

I can not say enough good things about Bothell Chiropractic and especially Dr. Doerge and my masseuse Suzanne! You see, I am not and easy patient. I have scoliosis so my back will never be at 100%. I also have MS (multiple sclerosis) so it is sometimes hard to determine if a symptom is a back problem or an MS symptom. In the past I have not have the best luck with chiropractic care because my body often does not react the way you think it should. A friend started care with Dr. Doerge at Bothell Chiropractic and he could not stop talking about how great he was. At the time I was suffering from frequent headaches, constant low back pain and a rib injury (at least that?s what I thought at the time). So, I decided to try chiropractic care again. At my first visit with Dr. Doerge I knew it would be a great fit for me. He listened to me and went over all my concerns, he is very patient, and we worked together on a plan of attack. Luckily for me that plan include massages as well. Working with Dr. Doerge has been great. not only is he one of the nicest men you?ll ever meet. He really listens and will adjust his treatment as needed depending on how I am feeling and how my body is reacting to a specific adjustment. My masseuse, Suzanne Clark is also great. She is so willing to adjust her massages as needed and try new things. I can not believe the difference in my back today. I have no lower back pain at all. My neck area is feeling great and I am rarely experience headaches. Turns out the rib problem is probably an MS symptom so that is not much better. But what I love is that both Dr. Doerge and Suzanne are trying new things each time to try to get the ribs pain free. I would like to also mentioning how incredibly nice and helpful the front desk staff is! They always greet me with a smile and are willing to answer any questions I have. And lastly, when I am having a rough day there is nothing better than spending a few minutes petting Sedona and Lola (Dr. DeBois? beautiful dogs) before heading back for a massage or adjustment. I guess you could say that I have run the gamut of Bothell Chiropractic and Wellness; chiropractic care, rehabilitation, massage, and Ideal Protein. I definitely feel as though this is my home away from home where, ""Everyone knows my name."" It is a comfort for me to entrust my healthcare to the clinic and I consider each individual as part of my family. I have been seeing Dr. Dubois and her team for almost three years now. I first discovered them when I received a free chair massage at their booth at Bothell's RiverFest. I had been receiving prior chiropractic care in Seattle, but since moving to the north end, I was in search of a new clinic in the Bothell area. As soon as I came in for my new patient consultation with Dr. Dubois, I knew her and her clinic would be a great fit for me. The new patient consultation was extremely thorough and she discovered that one of my legs was slightly shorter than the other, which was causing my chronic lower back/hip pain that had been persistent since my first pregnancy. She started me on a regular chiropractic care plan and advised insoles for my shoes which help to balance my legs and in turn reduce my pain. In July 2011, I was in a car accident and sought treatment for whiplash (my neck felt like it couldn't hold my head up straight). Again I was given a thorough examination of my neck and shoulders and was found to have an injury that, if not taken care of immediately, would impact me for the rest of my life. I immediately began an aggressive ritual of 3-chiropractic and rehabilitation visits per week with 1-2 massages a week for a 6 month time span. I was introduced to Dr. Doergy and Dr. Parker for my rehabilitation. I quickly gained a trusting and friendly rapport with each of them. And let's not forget the wonderful massage clinic. I have seen most every massage therapist at BCW. Each has their own technique and I know who I can request to get just the type of massage I'm in need of at a particular time. I have started taking my two boys, ages 7 and 4, to the clinic to get adjusted as they play contact sports. They love having the ""popcorn"" popped in their neck and back. Both Dr. Doergy and Dr. Dubois have treated my kids and it was a great experience all around. (A special shout-out to BCW to being VERY patient with my crazy and loud boys when we come into the office) What more can I say, I just love these guys! more

Amazing staff that not only cares about your chiropractic needs but also your total health and well being. When not working on adjusting my back, Dr. Parker has helped me fix pain in my jaw from clenching to showing me techniques on how to properly stretch tight hamstrings. They have become my one stop shop for all the body aches I encounter. They are also great about charting your progress so you can clearly see and feel your improvements. Dr. Dusty Dubois! Seems like the name of a heroine from a western movie. She certainly is winning the Showdown at the OK Corral when it comes to my back. I won't take up tons of space listing all of my ailments but I will say that Dr. Dusty is the only chiropractor who has given me a comprehensive overview of the issues I was facing along with an aggressive treatment plan to get me enjoying life again. Part of my treatment was massage therapy from the LMPs at Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness and while they differ in their style, the result is the same: radical pain relief from muscles that have been cramped up so long, they thought they were SUPPOSED to be that way. Now I have learned that no one should have to live in pain that impacts so many aspects of life. Dr. Dusty and her entire crew are top-notch. more

I have always been a bit skeptical about chiropractics. Some people say it really works; some people say it doesn?t. Therefore, I was always on the fence about it. When Sarah was having her migraines and was getting no relief, it was tough to stand around and not be able to do anything for her. When she began seeing Dr. Doerge and the folks at the Bothell Chiropractic and Wellness clinic, she was hooked. And she was beginning to see some relief. She convinced me to go, and I decided to take a chance. Being someone unfortunate enough to have a double spinal fusion I was worried that nothing would offer me any relief. Well, I was wrong. While I will probably NEVER be completely pain free, Dr. Doerge and the rest of the staff have done a wonderful job of assisting me in feeling much better both physically and even mentally. I don?t suffer from headaches nearly as much, and my back doesn?t hurt nearly as much. I am now a believer in chiropractics and a recommender to anyone else who thinks as I have previously thought. I have been a patient of Dr, Ryan Doerge for about 6 months if not longer. I started going due to migraines. I had been tried other methods to get rid of my migraines with no success; such as MRI's and a bunch of different medicines. Nothing was working and I was at the end of my rope. If Chiropractic did not work I was going to lose my head and for real. I decided to give it a try. I have not only (for the most part) been migraine free, but have also been able to take back my life. I have lost 40lbs. I do not live in a bat cave anymore. I owe a lot to Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness. All the staff there are just wonderful. Dr. Ryan Doerge is a wonderful chiropractor who listens to his patients, and how they are feeling. He is very caring and compassionate. I can go on and on. I love everyone there and how they treat you as a person. I also have got my husband to go and my three kids. My whole family benefits from the care that they offer. I highly recommend this Chiropractic & Wellness office to anyone who has suffered from migraines, and have tried everything. You like your clinics efficient right? How about flexible? Effective, responsive, easy to work with? Do you appreciate a 'customer is always right' attitude? Well this place has these thing hands down. But they offer more...a wonderfully supportive, motivated and energized staff. I first walked into Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness in January 2011 as a potential, but skeptical ideal protein client - more to placate my husband than out of real motivation. But I was quickly won over by such a great staff and I look forward to my visits there. Their support of the Ideal Protein program goes beyond the basics. They openly share their own experiences on the plan - the successes and the setbacks. They experiment with new recipes and eagerly share them on their Facebook site. They've organized clothing exchanges for dieters that are traversing down sizes. They understand that life happens, and when you stray from the plan, they help you back on track. They listen, and support, and do not judge. Top all that off with a warm and fun environment. I'm greeted by name when I walk in the door. I've received a sample massage while waiting for my appointment. I get a little love from Dr. Dubois' sweet dogs. I hear the front desk admins as they go about a complex choreography of directing the doctors and patients to rooms, and I'll be damned if they don't appear to be enjoying themselves. Their occasional singing puts a smile on my face. The top notch support they provide is enough to give them an outstanding recommendation, but it's the warmth of the staff that puts them over the top. They aren't just doctors and support staff, they are your partners on the road to better health. more

After celebrating my 50th birthday with a wonderful surprise party given my husband and seeing my party photos I knew I was not going into my 50's looking and feeling like I did. My self esteem was low and I was not feeling good about me. I started IP March 2011 and have gone from a size 12 which was creeping up to a 14 down to a size 6. I feel great all of the size 12 clothes are gone. We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary in 2011 and I was back to the way I felt 25 years ago. I have allot more energy and feel awesome. Trying to accomplish simple tasks such as going to a chiropractic appointment with 3 small children can be VERY challenging, especially when I am going 3 times a week. That is not the case at Bothell Chiropractic and Wellness. As soon as we walk through the doors we are greeted as friends and feel right at home. The kids and I are escorted to the ""playroom"" where there are a variety of fun games and videos to keep them occupied while I am in the room just a few feet away getting my adjustments. Dr. Doerge is always patient with us if the kids need a little attention during my appointment and is great at multi-tasking, doing adjustments while interacting with them. When we are finished they know right where to go for their little end of the appointment treat the ladies have stashed behind the desk for them. The whole staff is very supportive and I feel completely comfortable bringing my kids to my appointments with me. They are so quick and efficient, I am usually in and out in 15 minutes! Not only do they have the ""kid friendly"" atmosphere, I have been able to take care of myself by getting the adjustments I need to relieve my neck and back pains and to better my overall health. more

My mother and a co-worker recommeded Ideal protein as a weight loss plan. Their results and slimmer bodies were already enough to inspire me to join! My mother had already gone though through Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness' program so I joined her for the Open House. They were very informative and had coaches who have been through the program getting dramatic results. They offered a discount for attending and also had a great start-up cost to just get you off your feet. I have not been on the program long but within less then two week have lost 11lbs. I love how they offer life-time coaching after the initial fee. Other programs have you pay a monthly fee to be measured and weighed-but BCW doesn't which is great! However this is not why I'm writing this review. My doctors and I have been trying to stop the onset of diabetes through weight loss. This was the original reason for why I joined. But what I did not expect was something else! For years I have been battling Polycystic ovary syndrome and have been taking medication. I have undergone blood tests and ultra-sounds. Everything was normal and there was nothing explaining why I was still having problems while on medication. There had not been a break through for two years. I guess the doctors never thought to focus on my diet and what I was eating. They emphasized weight loss but never bothered to focus on nutrition. Because right at the end of the first week I did have my first breakthrough. It was completely unexpected. My theory is that Ideal Protein has put me on a protocol that helps me eat less carbs and sugar, but also provides me vitamins and better food options beyond fast and junk foods. It is helping me to break eating habits that are seriously hurting my overall health and lifespan, training me to get used to choosing healthier meal options. For me, this is a priceless opportunity to finally get my health and body on track to where it should be. I highly recommend Ideal protein but also Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness. They make things so easy and there is a positive energy that keeps you encouraged and motivated. I have not felt pressured or as though I'm caught in a hoax. My husband and I started treatment at Bothell Chiropractic and Wellness for injuries we sustained in a car accident back in 2010. I have to say that my back prior to this accident was already messed up from a previous severe whiplash injury that I never got properly treated so I've managed to deal with chronic pain because I didn't know any better. What I appreciated about working with Dr. Parker and the rest of the BCW team is that they were not only concerned with easing the pain we received from our accident but our overall health by doing adjustments and physical and massage therapy. After several months of care I felt the best I ever have in my life and we able to close out our treatment for the car accident within couple of months. We decided to also continue getting adjustments because we finally felt that we understood the health benefits to getting chiropractic care. It was also during that time I received the best surprise of all, after years of trying we found out that we were pregnant with our first child. I also feel that we were finally successful because I the improved health we were in from all the great care we had been receiving. I especially benefited from getting regular adjustments and massages to ease all he usual discomfort you get with being pregnant and even after I had our baby. Dr Parker has even done treatment on our daughter to help with colic and digestive issues. I have to say it was a blessing that we found this chiropractic office. Everyone has been so professional and welcoming to us and our child. They are genuinely invested your wellbeing and can help you succeed into a healthier lifestyle. more

I have been a patient of Dr. DuBois since 1999. She has always given my quality care and instructions to keep my back problems to a minimum, which is not easy for me. I have a degenerated disc and so she uses the pulstar machine on my back, which is a welcome change as I didn't like manual manupulation of that area. I am back to working out and golfing and doing all that I used to be able to do. I Would highly recomend her to Any one who wants supperb care. What a life saver. Thank you Dr. DuBois more

One day I was strolling down Main St. in Bothell headed to the Hillcrest Bakery. Just before I got to the bakery, I saw a sign for Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness that claimed I could lose 5-7 lbs per week. Well, since my general practitioner had been after me for years to lose weight and I needed to find a new chiropractor, I decided that I would pop in to ask some questions. Best decision I made on a whim ever! Dr. Dubois' intake exam was the most thorough I'd ever had and I've been going to a chiropractor for about 12 years. She told me about a condition in my lower spine that explained pretty much all the problems I'd been having. She also recommended that I start the Ideal Protein protocol to lose weight. Since June of 2011, I've gone from a (very) tight size 18 to a 6! My GP and I are both extremely happy! I had no idea what to expect from a chiropractor, as I had never seen one before. I have to say that my experience here has, for the most part, been a positive one. My wife started seeing Dr. Doerge because she got a promotional massage from him at her work and came to realize that she could use some adjusting. She seemed to like going and convinced a reluctant me to try it out. The office staff are very approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. On the other hand, it can seem at times like there are ""too many cooks in the kitchen"" and can be a little disorganized. For example, sometimes we will talk to one receptionist and get something scheduled and that message won't be passed on to the others. However, the relaxed atmosphere and friendliness of the staff make up for the disorganization. One of the biggest issues that I've had with the office is that they didn't tell me that my doctor was out twice and assumed that I wouldn't mind seeing a different doctor for those visits. I really appreciate the service I receive from Dr. Doerge and I pay to see him, not a substitute. I began with a promotional consultation and x-ray service from Dr. Parker and was displeased after comparing my visit with my wife's and decided to see Dr. Doerge with her. After seeing Dr. Doerge, I decided to keep going and follow the personalized chiropractic plan/schedule which he came up with after a very friendly and educational visit. I was very pleased with Dr. Doerge for taking the time to take more x-rays during his consultation with me. After taking those x-rays, it was apparent that some problems existed that would not have been addressed otherwise and am appreciative of that. He takes the extra time to get to know you on a personal level and hears your concerns and follows through with what he tells you. I visited this office just to try it out and make my wife happy and found a chiropractor that is confident and competent in his abilities, without being arrogant or condescending. I would recommend any friend of mine to give him a try. The only issues I've had with this business are, the vast differences in my first two visits, and the scheduling issues noted above. The fact that the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and that Dr. Doerge is so skillful, is why I'm giving this business four out of five stars. more

I started seeing Dr. DuBois 3 years ago for back and neck pain. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was nervous and unsure what to expect. Right away I was put at ease by the friendly office staff, and the presence of her golden retriever, Sedona. I have continued on with Bothell Chiropractic and Wellness as they have continued to grow and provide additional services and have always provided excellent care. I have had great relief both with Dr. DuBois' manual manipulations as well as the PulStar machine. I have also utilized the rehab services provided by Dr. Parker. Dr. Parker is very knowledgeable and helpful with rehab and providing flexibility exercises that are tailored to help me stay healthy. Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness also provides the unique and valuable service of the Ideal Protein plan. The coaches are very helpful and provide support and guidance with weight loss and wellness. The receptionists are very kind and cheerful, and always greet me warmly. I appreciate the emails and phone call reminders I receive, and they are able to schedule appointments that fit into my busy schedule. If for some reason I miss an appointment, they are very understanding and accomodating. There are many chiropractic offices in the area, but I would never go anywhere else! more
