Boston Auto Sales

They have advertised a vehilce on cars.com for $2999. I deposited cash money into their bank amount for a negotiated price. After they have received the money, one of them ( jay) told me that he sold the vehicle for $3200 and to give him more money for the vehicle. I told him that we had already agreed on a price and I had already deposited the money. They said that they were going to redeposit the money into my account. It has been over two weeks and they have not done so yet. The business phone has been transfered to a cell phone. One of them told me that they make $20000 to $40000 a day and they do not want my money. They are a bunch of crooks. BE AWRE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will contact the Better Business Bureau, the attorney General Office and my own personal attorney. they will be for all my legal fees. NOT A GOOD DEALER. more

I bought a used car at Boston Auto Sale, in Everett/MA last month, and I really regret for had done it. Since that I bought, I have been having problems with the car. They treat me with no respect, refusing to answer my phone calls, and when I go there to try to talk with someone, they just tell me that they will fix the problem later. Well... they have the car and the money and I don't have anything, and can't get any answer or help from them. My hope now is that the attorney will help me with this situation. more
