Very unprofessional, terrible communications, DO NOT use this person for catering, you will wind up having to do it yourself with second-hand notice of less than 24 hours that she was not going to do it. Was also 1 hour late for appointment the day before the party and did not show up with the things she was supposed to provide at that time. Would give this person a minus 10 on a scale of 1-10. The only thing I got lucky with was I had not yet paid or even been asked to pay anything....makes me wonder if she ever intended to do it.
