I will NEVER go back and I will tell EVERYONE I can to go somewhere else. Honesty in a customer service environment is very important and that is an element that is severely lacking in this business. If you can't already tell, I am extremely unhappy with my one and only experience. more

Inspection During Lunch Hour 6/6/2014

We've taken 3 vehicles to Lionel so we know he will take good care of us! We've gotten the Cadillac, F150 and Geo Metro back feeling confident all vehicles will keep on running and not leave us stranded anywhere. They are also staunch supporters of the Boerne Community. So we support local business. more

My only comment is that after having my car serviced there several times they still do not know who I am when I walk in the door or act like I have been there before. but...they are always courteous and speedy with the service. more

Feels like bait and switch every time I go in. Always wants to fix something in addition to what was brought in for. Feel like you are doing business with the computer program not a person. more
