Bob is always friendly and approachable. His prices are fair. I have never left there feeling cheated or overcharged. I like that Bob will tell me what repairs are going to need to be taken care of in future visits (for example, "Your brakes are starting to wear. You will probably need new pads before the end of the spring."). This helps me to plan ahead and budget for auto repairs.
