Knowledgable Subaru Repair Shop 7/15/2013

I really like taking my Subaru to Bob's because I know that it is in good hands. The owner is trustworthy and dependable. My only complaint is that my car is seldom ready when they say it will be. more

Family enviorment 5/4/2013

When I walked in, Bob, greeted me and ask what I needed. I was in for an inspection sticker, while waiting, in their waiting room, I watched TV from a clean couch and felt comfortable. I also wanted windshield wipers installed, although there was problems at first trying to install the drivers side, Bob, worked it out and my auto was ready to go within an hour. more

Excellent service every time 4/26/2013

As always the service at Bob's is the best. There was a minor problem with scheduling (apparently I was booked for the previous day), but Bob fit me right in and my truck was ready in less than one hour. Fantastic! more

RYAN TO THE RESCUE 4/3/2013

I brought my truck in 8am april 1st.with an expired inspection sticker,was greeted by aman named RYAN, he told me he would take care of me right away,and he did,i asked him a question about my battery going dead,he said he would take quick look at it,and hethought it was asecurety problem and to call and let him no when it happens again i live a mile away so he said rather than jump start my truck and bring it to bobs that he would come to my house and try to analize my problem, i will call him when it happens again and look forward to doing business with you people, i wish there were more honest people like RYAN, I WILL RECOMEND BOBS REPAIR TO ANYONE, PLEASE LET RYAN NO THAT IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE more
