The best customer service anywhere 1/22/2016

No matter what the problem, a visit to Bob's is a treat due to the friendliness and concern shown by the staff. Appointments are prompt and the work done as efficiently as possible. Paul (Owner) takes the time to personally chat with each customer and Dorinds (office) is professional as well as warm and super friendly. And my work has always been done exceptionally well. more

Courteous staff and convenience of vehicle care 1/20/2016

The thing I love the most is the pick up and delivery service of your vehicle in the Naples area. They pick up my truck while I'm at work and deliver it back to me before I head home so I don't even miss it. I feel I got a great deal on my last set of tires and they rotate for free!! more
