We have been working with Mark Sage, the owner of Bobo Intriguing Objects, for years without any issues. However, a recent inexcusable experience has left us completely disappointed. \r
On a recent buying trip, we purchased a very valuable, one of a kind sculptural piece. Being a very large and very heavy sculpture, we had a difficult time finding a service to deliver it from their Atlanta showroom to our location in Los Angeles. Once we finally found a source, we began coordinating the pick up and delivery of the item. When we were about to finalize the schedule, we are told that the piece we PURCHASED and PAID IN FULL had been resold to another client behind our backs. Not only were we NOT notified as soon as the new purchase had been made and given an immediate refund, they continued to let us waste our time setting up a pick up that they knew wasn't going to happen. \r
Needless to say, we will not be purchasing from Mark Sage or Bobo Intriguing Objects in the future.
