This place is the worst place I have ever taken my dogs. STAY AWAY, my dogs stayed there for the weekend and they were NOT FED! I put there food in two containers (One with pellets and one with rice) every time i go away I make it a priority to measure out there food exactly this way its easier than bringing the whole bag of food. Well i cam home thinking the food look awfully full considering the food should have been completely gone! I remeasured everything back out and they were only given HALF a portion once! So they were not fed for the whole time they were there!! How i know they were not even attempted to be fed is that the pellets and rice should be mixed together and if the ""attempted"" to do this the pellets would have came with rice on them, which the pellets nor the rice had any evidence of even touching each other!\r

The owner Jack Russo is a TERRIBLE person for allowing this to happen in his facility that he has supposedly been running for over ""40 years"". He is an even worse owner, when I told him my concern and how upset i was that my dogs did not get fed he proceeded to tell me that I was in the wrong and that I owed them an apology! He never once apologized or even tried to help me come to an understanding on why the food was barely touched. \r

They should be shut down, if you care about your dogs go somewhere else. I never write reviews but this has appalled me so much that I needed to inform other people about this experience. \r
