Bob Thomas Carstar Collision Center treated me really well. The shop, and everything in it, was very clean. The people were professional. They explained everything on the timeline in detail, and told me how long it would all take, and stuck to their word. They did everything I could hope for; they even got the rental car for me. I wouldn't even ask around if I needed more work done. I like the way they treated me and the way they made me feel. And the work they did! They not only did the parts that had damage, but they must have gone back and buffed out all the little scratches: it looked perfect! They also took the time to vacuum out and detail the interior. more

Great service, and great support. A very competent repair shop. 2/3/2011

My experience with Bob Thomas Carstar Collision Center was good as an accident can be. They were extremely helpful. I flew back home to California and left the car there for them to work on while we were away. They got me to the airport, calling before picking me up, and were very responsive. They went above and beyond when checking everything to make sure the care was drivable if we chose to have it repaired (it was totaled). They even suggested new tires to make sure we were safe on the road. William Lamson more

beware!! 12/20/2010

started out nice, but it has been a nightmare ever since. nearly a week and they can't get the right part. keep blaming it on someone else. can't even get a tracking number to confirm shipment from vendor. super warm and friendly at first, but when i confronted them with the idea of getting a tracking number, the receptionist got defensive. Price keeps going up every time i talk to them, OVER $100 more in just a few days. GETTING MY CAR BACK TOMORROW!!! STAY AWAY!!! more

They care about you as a customer. 9/3/2010

I have been using Carstar Collision Center for the last 5 or so years. I have been in a number of accidents and the people at Carstar are always so nice and considerate. This last time, they even washed and vacuumed my vehicle. And, they had my vehicle done two days early, which was a nice surprise. They are always very friendly and professional. Anytime I need any body repair, I will go to them. They are just the nicest people. Even when I hadn't been there for two years, they recognized me right away and they knew my vehicle. I have had a very good experience. They are just the best. more
