Roy was our salesman and his manager helped out as well when it came to picking out the fabrics. They both have been so wonderful and very friendly. I have recommended your business since the day my husband and I walked out of there with all our new furniture. Also the bed doctor upstairs was incredible. He picked out the perfect bed for us and we have been getting the best sleep of my lives this past week! I can't thank your business enough for such great service. Thank you and we will be coming to see you again soon for our new dining room table. more

Pleasant without any high pressure 12/21/2010

It was very pleasant without any high pressure. Dena Hudson was very, very helpful especially in helping us see the true color of the recliner in the outside light as well as inside. She was also very understanding of the limited size and cost that we had and we really appreciate her offer of the wheelchair. Thanks to your dock personnel also. more

My experience at Bob Mills has been very good. I have made two purchases there, a dining room table, and most recently, a mattress set with bed and dresser. The sales team has always been very helpful and you can't beat the prices! I really like leaving a purchase feeling like you got a good deal and that is how I feel about Bob Mills furniture. more

It was a great experience because it is always fun to shop for new furniture. The only thing that I did not like is that I ordered a cocktail ottoman and it has not been delivered yet. When I called to find out why it is taking so long to come in I was told it would be another 4-6 weeks due to the fact that it was being shipped from Japan or somewhere so far away. I wish I would have been told that from the beginning. I had a few damaged items when delivered but it has been taken care of so in that matter I am impressed and happy. I hope my ottoman gets here soon. more

Changed my opinion of Bob Mills. I thought based on the commercials that there would not be much high end furniture. We bought Bernhardt there and will shop for more and perhaps use the decorator we were told about. We will tell our friends about Bob Mills as well. more

I purchased a wall clock and returned it after a few days for the reason that it quit working after a couple of days. I also avail the membership card to have 20% discount on the clock. It took me 2 1/2 days to be able to get the refund as they couldn't get hold of the store manager who has the knowledge of the code on the accessory card. But thanks as I was still able to get my money back and thanks because you have a salesman working in your company that is very good and helps me stay calm. I thank Mr. Michael and the male manager who's office is located at the middle of two other offices. Thank you very much. more
