As promised 2/3/2014

My experience was great. I called the same day to see if I can get an appointment. They were very quick to accommodate me. When I arrived the estimate was two hours. That's exactly what it took. Service advisor was very knowledgeable courteous and kind. Everyone in the service department is always very nice and friendly at this dealership. I always feel taken care of and respected as a customer. more

Service / Loyalty 1/29/2014

The dealership does a great job reaching out to their customers, offering discounts for service via on-line marketing, etc. They are proving that 'going to the dealer for service', once thought to be far too expensive, is now a thing of the past. Going to N. County Hyundai for service makes complete economic sense, and the quality of the service performed is outstanding, and the time it takes to do it, is outstanding. more

Will not repair my car under warranty 1/24/2014

I am very disappointed in Hyundai. I bought my 2011 Elantra new at Frank Hyundai in National City even though I live in North County San Diego and have had all of my service done at North County Hyundai. Now I have a very intermittent and strange electrical problem. North County Hyundai says it is probably due to an after market anti theft device that Frank Hyundai installed and I didn't even know was even in the car. North County Hyundai will not touch it even though the car was bought brand new and under full warranty. Hyundai should do something about this situation. more

I don't think they know what they're doing. 1/1/2014

The electronics/computer on our Genesis has never worked correctly, and these guys have basically given up stating that there is nothing they can do. Lights go off and on, wipers and backup cameras intermittently don't work, creating hazardous driving conditions. The service people don't deliver the car on time, and they have a condescending attitude. There are better cars and much better dealerships, don't waste your time. more

Great service experience 12/4/2013

my service writer was a mechanic, and really knew his stuff. The person that cleaned my car was honest enough to tuck the dollar bills they found in my cup holder. Who does that any more? I will be going back, for sure!!! more

Great Customer Service 11/27/2013

I brought our car in primarily for recall service. The initial service attendant was very friendly and checked me in quickly. The work was completed in the time quoted. My only negative is that I had two recall items and they were only able to complete one because they had to order the second part. So, I will have to return to have that service completed. more

Thought I might need to replace my car 10/25/2013

Some things started going wrong with my 2002 Sante Fe and I was worried it would cost too much. The service advisor was confident and I ended up doing the repair work but now my car is again running like a dream and I expect to drive it for another 70K miles. Thanks for all the great work and the clean waxed car to top it off! more
