Bmr Pool & Patio

Recently used for a pool and patio cover. There is supposed to be a project manager assigned to your job. Take a picture of them, it might the last time you see them unless you constantly call. I expected BMR to provide oversight of all the sub-contractors they use. There was none. The product ended up okay, but I was extremely soured by the experience. I first called this company and received an answering machine asking me to leave my name and number and stating that they would return my call within 24 hours. They didn't, so I went to their office 4 days later and told them what I needed. They set up an appointment time for their sales consultant to come to our house and discuss our wants.\r \r The sales consultant came to our house and talked of his ideas (which sounded good) on our remodeling project for over an hour and then said he would come by with a proposal the following day.\r \r He never came back and would not return phone calls made to his cell phone during the following week. I then called the office and asked if he was in the office. The receptionist told me that he was, but that he was with a customer. I asked that she tell him that I had been trying to talk to him and to ask him to call me.\r \r He never did.\r \r So it ended up that it was a waste of our time to even talk with this group.\r \r If this is the kind of service you get before they start, I can't imagine what it would be like once they had the project started.
