Great First Visit 5/25/2011

For my initial visit to BlueWave I found a great team that seems to work very well together. Everyone was helping each other and they all seemed to enjoy their work with big smiles. BlueWave Dentistry understood how important it was for me to get back to my job on time therefore, there was no wait time when I arrived for my appointment. I was offered water, coffee or tea. The staff was warm, friendly and professional. more

five star experience 5/19/2011

My experience was wonderful--greeted warmly by the receptionist in the front lobby and then after a few minutes, my hygeniest escorted me to the "chair with a view". We exchanged life stories--and then my teeth were sparkling clean in a relatively painless short amount of time. Dr Sweeney came in for an assessment of my oral cavity and teeth again after reviewing my xrays! Professional, courteous but made the patient feel like a member of the extended family! more

Good Customer Service 5/18/2011

The hygenist for one of my children was backed up with the previous patient. So my other child's hygenist came out, explained the situation and took both of my children back at the same time. I appreciated the communication and then after the visits, each of the hygenist spoke to me about each of my children's plan for the next visit. Already made my appts for December. more

Dr. Sweeney is the best! He is painstaking, (not pain-giving :) and apologizes if it is) thorough and has an excellent chair-side manner. All of the staff are friendly and kind. I love going there. I can't say that about most medical practices I've visited, with the one exception of a former dentist in another city who was also a committed Christian and physically active. more

Blessed to find a dentist who cares 5/17/2011

After a really bad experience in a dentist office it was a welcome relief to find an office that the entire staffed really cares about the person. I will continue to get my dental care with Dr. Sweeney and his staff. Thanks guys for all the comfort that you show. more

From the friendly initial greeting, to the appointment beginning on time, staff remembering what I do for a living and asking about my pets, the treatment being quick and pleasant and the completely upscale office environment, this was, as always, a wonderful experience for me. more

My first visit to Dr. Sweeney 5/12/2011

I thought he was very professional,kind, caring and made me feel very comfortable.He evaluated my problem and suggested the best routes to take, he was very caring to my needs and valued his opinion and suggestions.I also extent the same opinion to his assistant Michele. Everyone at the office is so nice, and genuinely seems to like their job. I love that the schedule is designed for clients, but also so that employees can spend time with their families. The facility itself is clean, inviting, and really well decorated. The coffee and juice spread is a really nice touch too! I recommend you guys to everyone I know! more
