Blue Whale Carpet Care

Every time I needed carpets cleaned, before these guys showed up was a disaster at best. Either stains would come back in 2 days, or it would dry forever, or technicians had no idea about how to clean my couch an on and on... Finally I discovered Blue Whale Carpet Care and I plan to use this company exclusivly in the future. I also told my sister to call them because they just finishe painting their house so they need somebody to clean the whole house. My neighbors had Blue Whale Carpet Care over last week to do their house so I was a given a flyer by one of the techs as they were leaving. When I called to schedule an appointment very courteous and proffesional customer service rep took down my info assured me that everything promised would be done exactly as described. They showed up on time moved furniture cleaned carpets which seemed to have dried almost instantly placed back furniture on top of plastic padding to avaid staining the carpets, and provided me with a coupon for next scheduled cleanning. I would recommend this bussiness to anyone who is looking for quality service and a terrific price. GOOD JOB! more

I gotta be honest, I have never written a review online or anything like that, but the experience I got from Blue Whale Carpet Care left me with no choice but to express my gratitude for such an outstanding local business. It all started with my wife spilling a huge cup of coffee right on top of our beautiful beige couch which is less the 3 months old. It got to look ugly in a hurry and we actually had a fight before she left to work. I had to stay home and wait for a very important phone call. All of a sudden a flier drops inside the house through the mail slot in the door. I look at it and see a professional impressive carpet cleaning postcard. I open the door out of curiosity and see couple of guys who apparently just got done with my neighbors carpet and who were standing next to a brand new van rolling up their hoses or something. I approached them rather skeptically but their appearance, and confident attitude immediately eased my mind and after expressing my concern about the couch incident, within an hour I became their biggest fan, because not only did they restore the couch making it stain free and almost dry, they gave me a quote (very reasonable) about my second floor carpet plus the steps. I was busy that morning so I had them return on a Saturday and their carpet cleaning is simply phenomenal, I didn't realize how advanced the carpet cleaning has gotten in recent years and these guys operate the BEST ENGINE there is. I found these guys online, and decided to call the office and get a quote for my situation. All my questions were answered and I was given an approximate price. Two technicians showed up on time and upon inspecting my house they provided additional discount on the quote from the office. They did a great job removing all the stains and even included free deodorizing which I never got before from previous carpet cleaners. Plus they left me furniture blocks to keep under couches to avoid stainig my carpets. The whole house was totally cleaned and almost dry before they even left my home. These guys did an amazing job and I am definetly going to call back Blue Whale Carept Care whenever I need. more

I was having carpet cleaning at home and the company I used before was not able to come when I needed. So I had to find someone else fast. I reviewed some carpet cleaners around and chose Blue Whale Carpet Care. First of all they showed up on time, provided an estimate and gave me a good discount for first time client. I was literally shocked that after they finished, even some stains which before I was told were permanent were completely gone, plus carpets were almost fully dry even as they were leaving and couple of hours later fully dried. They are TRUE-EXPERTS in their field. Very experienced technicians, basicly my whole house was done in little less then 3 hours. Stains are all gone and carpet dried completely within 2 hours after the guys left. I highly recommend this Company! more
