Blue Springs Ford has given me excellent service in every experience I have visited them. From servicing my ten year old vehicle, parts acquisition and installation help to recently shopping for a new vehicle. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium at (I thought) a very reasonable and fair price. Nick Bundy was my salesperson and was very cordial and gave me a fair price at the onset with no pressure or urgency for my wife and I to make a decision. We did buy the Escape and Nick did everything to ensure fair pricing and excellent service. We would definitely recommend Nick and Blue Springs Ford for any new Ford acquisition for ourselves and will highly suggest them to our friends!! more

I was heading on 1200 plus mile trip and came by for complimentary check. Was found my brake light out so got replaced. Was glad to have this good check as its a safety issue and i would be transporting my five year old granddaughter. A wonderful service department plus the best and most comfortable and enjoyable waiting area ever! Much appreciated and valued. more
