we've been there on multiple occasions and everytime there is no one at the host stand. it has always taken nearly 5-10 minutes to be seated and then another 5-10 minutes to see a waiter. sometimes they bring a little shrimp soup app, sometimes not, its like no one who works there has ever had any sort of formal training, for example, we always have to ask for water, which in larger cities is brought to you without asking. the food is better than the service lets on Pros: it has a bar Cons: untrained staff more

I am sooo disappointed. I was definately not a happy camper. Let's see, I understand we were close to the border so having our waitress who barely understood English(this is a restraunt in USA, might be a chain), did not bother me too much. When we arrived we noticed WED. kids eat free night, we thought ""cool"", not. We ordered our appetizer, stuffed poppers, not too bad. Then we ordered our meal, if you like ""Sea Kamp"" or ""Gordons"" (frozen seafood at grocery), you will enjoy the food. If you are expecting sea food from the gulf, go to Red Lobster. Our server placed our order in one at a time(5-6min in-between each persons order arriving), I'm not sure, but I think it was the language barrier, or she forgot what we ordered. I had to ask if we were still going to get what we ordered and she would reply ""Oh yes, that won't take long. I use to be a server, so in translation I heard ""Oh s#@t, I forgot their order. Of all the orders put in the last meal we got was our sons kids meal pretty much right before we left. We asked for our check, Kids meal was still left on ticket, even though it was Wed. My husband request to take it off. Our bill was $70 for 2 adults and 2 children. Quality was not even close to Long John Silvers. Maybe it was the fact that my family did not speak Spanish(by the way I'm Asian and my husband is Caucasian, nothing against any race). All night long the waitress kept apoligizing, more in the way that I should have know seafood in this part of town was like this. We are from the mid-west all we wanted was fresh seafood. I don't know if I can rate 0 stars but that is what I would give. Not worth it. Not worth it.. There is nothing fresh about this restraunt. One more thing, when we got our bill our whole credit card account was on the ticket for the merchant to keep. The customer copy had all but last 4 digits * out. Please make sure the ticket you leave behind does not have all you credit/debit account # on it. Pros: It was easy to get to Cons: Better food at Long John Silvers, and it won't cost you $70 more
