Blue Harbor Point Car Wash

VERY dissatisfied !!! After YEARS of doing business here, we won't return (and that's for 4 of our cars !!!!) Staff today had NO personality, the guy who waited on us was borderline rude, no offer of a beverage. We paid for an 18 point check along with the oil change and the ONLY thing they did was change the oil - they did NOT check the fluid levels, did NOT check the air filer, did NOT check our wiper blades and did NOT check the air filter. We had to ask to have the wipers replaced, after they presented us with the invoice. We asked about the air filter and the guy said ""oh they're good for 40k miles"". THe invoice says ""Air Filter - checked - OK"". The invoice is a lie - it says that the 18 points were performed and checked when NONE of them were. Must be a change in management or service philosophy. Definitely do NOT recommend this establishment any longer. Go someplace else to get your oil changed. B A D Service — feeling annoyed. more

The only other review was obviously written by a MISERABLE person!!!! Are you kidding? If anyone has been there, you know that there are way too many employees to have to ""stop production for a family member!!!""moment. This is one of the nicest places in Mandeville...a great gas station, a ""drive thru"" oil change (so convenient!!!with free carwash), a super duper car wash, a fabulous market, a PJs coffeeshop !!!!!! I wish they would be at every major rest stop across the country!!!!!!! This company is fab and the people they employ are as well!!!!!! more

I was uninpressed with the quality of service. And after waiting for 10 minutes in line along with other customers, I was told to move my car aside so that ""the owner's father"" could cut to the head of the line. They treat their customers like cattle. There are lots of other quality carwashes in town. Avoid Blue Harbor. Cons: Poor treatment of customers more
