Our boy is one wound-up guy, and every now and then we have to slow him down. TV, Video Games, Computers? He starts flying around and not listening. Too much stimulus. So I send him out to the pool to chill out. It works. Just ask his sister! more

Your construction workers are to be complimented as in our opinion they were industrious, demonstrated they knew what they were doing and set about it on a timely basis. They also exhibited respect for the homeowner and our property and were helpful in answering any questions during the process. more

Great job 11/26/2011

I bought one of their new Radiant inground pools. The pool was only $12,000, and is awesome, insulated and aluminium pool. I got it financed and it was installed with everything, even concrete. It only took 2 weeks from the day they started I was swimming more

I looked at a lot of Hot Tubs, and had Jacuzzi and Hot Springs zeroed in. I went to visit Hot Springs first. I was very impressed and thought I was going to buy from them. But, before I bought I wanted to see a Jacuzzi so I headed to Blue Diamond. The sales man Michael, was great, he not only knew about Jacuzzi, he knew a lot about Hot Springs. He help me clearly see all of the benefits and features, and even how Jacuzzi was a superior hot tub and more affordable. If you more

Blue Diamond is a quality trustworthy pool store 6/29/2011

As new pool owners, we needed help making decisions on care and chemicals to use. Jeff and Adam at Blue Diamond have been extremely patient with all of our questions as we learn water chemistry basics. I have them test my water regularly and I feel I get accurate readings that let me know exactly what I need to do. Their prices are far better than the other Mt. Juliet Pool stores. more

Excellent customer Service 6/18/2011

I purchased my in-ground pool from Blue Diamond Pool and Spa last year. Although the weather (rain) slowed things down a bit, I had no trouble with the installation. I knew before we started that rain would delay the installation and last summer we had several periods of heavy rain. Anyone who has a pool installed should be aware that there is no way to predict installation times. I find the customer service to be excellent also. They kept me informed every step of the way during installation and the guys at the store are always willing to answer my questions, no matter how small. I would recommend Blue Diamond Pool and Spa to anyone looking at in-ground pools. more

Love the service 5/31/2011

We had a salt water pool put in 3 yrs ago and that's when I found Blue Diamond pool and spa. They helped me with all the maintenance with my new pool and I have been over joyed at how easy they make it for me to take care of my pool.
