I am so happy I found this place! It is such a gem! The prices are extremely reasonable, the atmosphere is so comforting and relaxing and the staff is incredibly knowledgable and a pleasure to be around. I first came to Blooming Moon for an eye brow wax - which im pretty particular about and havent been to any other place since- Ginny does a really amazing job and takes the time to make sure each wax is totally customized. Since my inital visit I have been back for several other treatments waxings and facials with Ginny are definitely the best in town. Her bikini wax is awesome!\r I have also tried two of their massage therapists Rachel and Tanya and wow- this place really has it all. I live in the area and read some good reviews about Blooming Moon so made an appointment for a Brazilian wax after a long hiatus. Based on previous experiences elsewhere I was expecting it to be awkward and painful, but Ginny makes the process comfortable and practically painfree! A one time drop in turned into a monthly routine. And they offer a discounted rate for repeat customers, which is also the lowest that I've seen in town. I've you've considered getting a bikini or brazilian wax and were nervous about it, I highly recommend Ginny. Pros: Comfort, Service, Price, Parking Cons: None! more

Definately not my first massage but eaisly one of the (if not the best). Rachel was absolutely amazing. A wonderful person, patient and kind, very professional, and an expert in her trade. This was a gamble to come to this spa since I had never had any friends that had been there before, but I am so glad I made the decision to try it. This will be my new massage/spa home. The space is smaller than most but it affords you the luxuries of all the bigger day spas without all of the hectic and pretentious atmospheres. I felt I was treated with individual attention, respect and a genuine concern for my experience. Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming and making my friend and I feel so satisfied about our spa experiences. We will be back soon! I went to Blooming Moon for the first a few months ago and saw Ginny for a lash tint and wax and loved it! I was torn because I had another esthetician that I had been going to for over a year and was happy with the her work but not necessarily the whole salon that I had to go to to see her. I'm very picky about my brow and lip wax, my eyebrows keep on growing and having hair on your upper lip is never fun so I am always picky on who is going to do a good job with the brow shape for my face and not leave my eyebrows too thin and red and my lip puffy and pink. Ginny knows whats up and took care of me! The whole atmosphere at Blooming Moon was great, the location is close to my work, and the price is well worth it for the awesome services that they have. I went back this time with my husband, he got an perfect massage from Racheal and can't wait to go back. Considering he is a guy who is not into the whole ""spa"" thing that I get excited about he was really impressed and felt comfortable the whole time and is planning to come back monthly. I got another wax and tint from Ginny plus an amazing foot soak! I'm making the switch to Ginny and not looking back! Blooming Moon Wellness Spa is a very inviting and calming atmosphere, you are not rushed through and everyone that works there makes sure that your service was perfect for your needs. The hours are great b/c they accommodate people who work during the day so I don't have to try to leave work in a rush or come back downtown during the weekend if I don't have to (although now, I have this as a fun excuse). I LOVE this place!! The staff there is great, not only are they incredible at what they do but they make you feel comfortable and welcome. Ginny does the best waxing that actually works...seriously!! It doesn't hurt and I can go up to six weeks between wax a session now, which leaves me extra cash for her incredible facials :)\r I will also highly recommend Rachael for massages. She has the best intuition of what needs more pressure or less. I love massages. If I could have one every day, I would. I wasn't turned onto massages until about 6 years ago while still in college. I went to one my sister-in-law recommended and I was hooked. I decided though that it was time to find someone I had chosen and I liked. I went to a few in the NW area because it's where I work, but not until I found Rachel at the Blooming Moon did I find the right one. Now that I""m a bit older, I' had a few problems with my hips, knees, back and shoulders and she knows exactly where to touch, and how much pressure to put. Not only is she good at being a masseuse, she is very knowledgeable about the body and anatomy so that makes me feel like I""m in the right hands. Pros: Centrally located, right off street car. I met my girlfriend here for a Happy Hour Foot Massage, and it was wonderful! I got there a bit earlier and had a facial before my friend arrived. They were very quick to help me and the facial left me so relaxed. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to feel great and be treated like a princess. Where do I even begin with the greatness of Blooming Moon? Local business that also supports a variety of charities and supports other local businesses in town. The staff are always professional and friendly, offer reasonable prices for fantastic services from facials, foot soaks, waxing, and massages. Rachel gives fabulous massages that litteraly melt the stress away! Ginny gives the best facials in town and sells great products for keeping my skin in top condition. The proof is I ran into an ex-boyfriend who I hadn't seen in awhile and he complimented me on how great my skin looked! (Who doesn't want to look great when running into an ex right?) My mom and I followed Ginny to her new place and it was sooo worth it! Her facials are the best - she always customizes the products to our needs. In addition to great facials, the massage therapists are amazing. We've been pampered by Rachel's unique and relaxing touch and whipped into shape by Lincoln's innate ability to get to problem areas. Now that they're adding pedicures, I don't think we will need to go anywhere else for our health and beauty needs.\r \r Things we haven't yet tried but want to: acupuncture and reflexology. I try to get my legs waxed pretty often, but am usually unsatisfied by the extraordinary pain and the little bit of stubble left over. I've been to many different spas and salons... but- when I got my legs waxed with Ginny, it was the least painful leg waxing I ever received! She is a magnificent person and kept me entertained and happy and NOT in pain throughout the whole session!
