I called from out of state for a floral delivery to the American Ballet Theatre for one of their special performers. I asked for a faxed receipt & photo so that I could see what I was getting for my money ($150). I called back the next day to get the receipt they forgot to fax and the photo. I received a lot of excuses why they couldn't provide a photo! In this day of modern technology and cell phone cameras, I don't think this was too much to ask. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Won't use this florist again and I often send flowers in the NY area and American Ballet Theatre.
