I received some shades from blinds across america. I could not use for purpose intended. I sent an e-mail to site and received a reply listing several reasons that would prevent me from sending shades back. Tone of e-mail basically made you feel that you didn't want to send them back because of all the things that could keep you from getting credit once returned. I've bought many items on-line, but this company has worst return policy I've seen.
