I have never seen a company that did not stand behind the product that they are selling like these guys do. Our house was built in 2007, we have an upstairs and a downstairs unit...

I have never seen a company that did not stand behind the product that they are selling like these guys do. Our house was built in 2007, we have an upstairs and a downstairs unit, and they have been out to fix various problems with BOTH of our units at least once a year. We called the service manger Chris and he tells us that they are only the distributor and cant do anything for us. He also stated and I quote ""well your downstairs unit is working"". Yeah, I guess 50% aint bad. I would not recommend them to anyone. Nothing but issues!!!\r I gave them one star only b/c I had to to publish this review. more

UNWORTHY COMPANY 12/29/2008

I wouldn't recommend Blazer Service to ANYONE! They screwed us over in 2005 when they installed the wrong size unit in our new home. They have been out every year since and have acknowledged several times that the unit is the wrong size. They make promised to ""correct the problem"" and never return phone calls or follow through. We filed a complaint after the third year of calling and them ignoring us completely and they didn't even respond them or to us. Obviously their reputation or their promises to ""regain their status"" in the community means nothing. Pros: Great option for cheap builder's and contractors, Technicians are very nice. Cons: Disregards Warranty, Doesn't follow through, Bad Management/Owners more

Avoid Blazer Service for air conditioning and heating!!! 6/2/2008

Blazer service of 2535 oak lake blvd, midlothian was a sub contractor to the building of our new home. blazer failed to test the system prior to home being sold, installed faulty reversing valve wiring, did not install a condensor filter forcing dust into the condensor, poor service response despite repeated calls. we do not recommend Blazer Service for anyone. there are currently 7 complaints with this contractor listed in credible sources that you can check out online. stay away!!! Pros: dispatch answered the phone Cons: no one was dispatched. bad workmanship. poor quality. poor service. more
