Black Eyed Susan did the flowers for my wedding, and they were far beyond what I ever expected. The customer service was amazing and the staff is wonderful to work with. I won't go anywhere else for flowers. Their prices were very reasonable as well. more

DON'T USE! 11/4/2010

I used Black Eyes Susan for my wedding flowers and I WOULD NOT recommend them to ANYONE! I chose to use them because they came recommended from a few sources. However my wedding flowers were a horrible. I had a bouquet of simple red roses and white stephanotis, the stephanotis started to fall out of my bouquet on my way to the chapel. I had two kissing balls of red carination for my flowers girls and somehow they were canceled and never made. They made last minute backups, which were white hydrangeas that started to fall apart as my flower girls walked down the aisle. I was EXTREMELY disappointed to receive such poor work from a highly recommended florist. more

Great Flowerws 1/18/2010

I stopped in and got flowers for my wife and the whole staff there was super nice. They helped me with what I wanted in the arragement. Being a man I don't know flowers just what they look like and they knew what I was looking for. The arragement was beautiful and I would recommend this flower shop to everyone. more

Amazing 10/6/2009

Black Eyed Susan helped me so much with my wedding flowers. I made many changes along the way and with each change they updated my invoice very quickly. The always took my vision and knew exactly what I meant. The price matched other florists, but the quality could never be matched. The wedding flowers exceeded my expectations, yet I got exactly what I ordered!! Only more beautiful! Marsha and Julie were a breeze to work with. As I write this I am also looking at a beautiful arrangement my new husband purchased from Black Eyed Susan for my birthday. We will never buy flowers or arrangements from anywhere else. Great Service & Quality 5/25/2009

I've purchased dance corsages and funeral bouquets from Black Eyed Susan Florist over several years. The quality has always been excellent and the service is wonderful - even at the last minute they've been able to make a dozen corsages for my son's high school for a senior night! more

Not only is their customer service unsurpassed, I ordered a last minute arrangement that exceeded all my expectations, and received fabulous assistance while helping a friend pick her wedding flowers. They turned out beautiful!! I would HIGHLY recommend this florist to anyone. Extremely reliable, and everything is guaranteed to be absolutely beautiful! more

Fast for Last-Minute Flowers 7/26/2005

My husband bought from Black Eyed Susan Florist after deer ate the tulips in my flower bed. He found the store on his way home and quickly ran in for a bunch of tulips. He found the store to be somewhat cluttered and small, but the salesperson was very helpful and quick in providing him with exactly what he wanted. If the deer eat my flowers again next year, he will probably stop by there again. more
