Terrible Customer Service! 3/14/2011

I had a billing error with this restaurant last night. They had added several drinks to my bill that were not mine, over $140 more than what I had. I worked it out with my server and still paid way too much for the drinks I had. I was waiting for a friend outside and the manager met me and told me that ""I was a piece of sh#t"". I was appalled at the level of customer service. I am a local and can't imagine being treated this way as an out-of-towner. I would not go to this restaurant if you have a sense of common decency. more

Friendly Waitress, Great Food 2/7/2009

We were referred by our Hotel Concierge after a not so good dinner at another Park City high end restaurant, and we could not have been happier. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, just like a Paris Bistro, only better.\r We were a party of 4 and had to wait a little while for a table but it was worth it. The escargot and Tuna appetizers were great. I had the Flat Iron Steak and the Pomme Frites, which was excellent. Everyone in the party thought their meal was exceptional. Our waitress Joey was very nice but professional. The wine list was outstanding although a little pricey. If we weren't leaving tomorrow we would definitely go back. This was our best meal in Park City this week. Pros: everything Cons: nothing more

This restaurant has the best decor in Park City which makes the experience so Parisian, the food is excellent 8/6/2008

I love this restaurant for friends out night. My girlfriends and I love the little bar upstairs, but after a drink\r we go into the dining room for dinner. The beautifully decorated dining room with French lace and fabrics,\r photos from France and comfortable seating is my favorite in Park City. \r The food is really great and my favorite dish is the Organic Chicken Breast with Polenta cakes. The Meze plate is a great appetizer and the Pomme Frites are out of this world. It is especially nice to sit on the Patio right now and people watch on Main Street. Great Place! Pros: Food & Decor, Friendly Staff more

Great service and food consistantly 5/14/2008

The best burger in Park City, bar none! Tasty, charbroiled and big!\r My friend had the seasonal salade which was very good with really fresh ingredients. \r The service is professional and quick for lunch. Very friendly waitress, Annette.\r Nice atmosphere, you feel like you are sitting in a Paris Bistro, a long way from Utah. Pros: good food and the service is friendly more

Service, atmosphere and food 4/28/2008

We arrived to a friendly greeting from the hostess, I think she was also the manager. I loved the decor and the total feeling was romantic and fun at the same time.\r We had a wonderful meal and loved everything. The prices are actually much lower then the citysearch site suggests. It was affordable and high end for the money. \r Our waiter was nice and knowledgeable and the food was really incredible. I had the Escargot and the Pear and Goat Cheese Salad. My husband had the Lamb shank with the onion soup. The lava cake was to die for and we will return. It's worth the drive into ""town"". Pros: the service and friendly staff more

Best atmosphere, all the food was terrific 4/1/2008

What a delightful place. The decor was magnificent and so charming! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fabulous wine list and great menu selections! \r We tried several appetizers, outstanding mussels with curry sauce and Mushroom strudel were my favorites. \r I loved the Miso Cod and my friend had the Salmon which she raved about. \r Great little bar upstairs with friendly staff. Loved the whole experience and will return. Pros: everything more

Rude, bad service!!! 12/31/2007

The owner of the place told me to run across the street to use the public restrooms after I dropped $125 for 2 people in her restaurant! Pretty expensive bathroom service if you ask me.... Pros: decent food Cons: long wait even with a reservation....VERY rude owner..... more

the best atmosphere, great food 12/14/2006

Been eating here since 2004 and have always enjoyed it but our latest experience was really outstanding. \r The meal was unsurpassed.\r I had the goat cheese salad and steak frites. My husband had the french onion soup and the pork chop. We were both more than pleased. The French drinks are fun and different and the wine list selections were impressive. Beautiful place with a very comfortable, but somewhat elegant atmosphere. The friendly employees made it all the more special. Thanks Bistro 412! Pros: great food, ambience and service Cons: nothing more

lamb shank, tuna tartare 11/5/2006

We were sceptical because of the Citysearch review, but I think you guys better go back and do another one. We went anyway because we were referred by our Hotel Concierge. The prices are not nearly as high as the editorial review and the food is outstanding. \r The Lamb shank was unbelievably good, The flavour unsurpassed. My husband had the tuna tartare and the Chicken fricasee and both were really delicious. From the greeting at the front door to the friendly goodbye, were had such a good time and felt like we were getting our money's worth. Try the French drinks, something different and refreshing. We will go back! Pros: the ambience and great food Cons: not a thing more

Outstanding food 11/2/2006

My favorite restaurant in PC. The food is outstanding, especially the last few months. Everything I have ordered is beyond great... I love the atmosphere and the employees are professional without being stuffy and pretentious. It reminds me so much of the Parisian restaurants I have frequented over th last 20 years, without the attitude. Love it ! more

Bouillabaisse, Lamb Shank 7/13/2006

Usually when it is a special occasion I don't tell anyone because it is such a let down when they don't make you feel special. But we felt so special when we celebrated our anniversary here. Everyone was warm and friendly and the food and service were excellent. We will be back for a regular occasion. Lovely! Pros: excellent service and food, beautiful decor more

Best Lamb Shank ever and we loved the Bar upstairs 7/7/2006

This is really a great little Bistro in the middle of Main Street. The food is always excellent and the servers are knowledgable about the menu and wine list. Just like a Paris Bistro only better because it's in Park City. The decor is neat. We love to sit on the patio during the day, it's a great place to sit and watch people walk by. The Bar upstairs is very cozy and friendly. Great music by a guy named Tony Oros when we were there last, he's really talented and knows a lot of songs. Pros: location, food, parking garage behind the restaurant more

Baked Brie Appetizer, Thai Spring Rolls, Chicken with Polenta & Almond Crusted Trout 7/7/2006

We found this restaurant to be such a delight. First of all, there was plenty of parking behind the restaurant. When we entered, the Hostess was friendly and made us feel welcome. Jake, our busboy was adorable. The dining room is gorgeous, so chic!\r There were 6 of us and we all had an excellent meal, that's hard to beat. The food was delicious and the staff very professional. Our dinner was unhurried but we never felt that we had to wait for our food. We enjoyed every minute of the experience and can't wait to go back. Pros: Friendly, professional staff Cons: can't think of a thing more

Great Bistro 5/21/2005

Onion soup is decent as well. Service is efficient without being hurried. Pros: Location, Food, Service Cons: Parking more

This is a great restaurant, very small and intimate.Reminds me of a real Paris Bistro. The food is really great and the staff is friendly and professional. The prices are not too high compared to other restaurants on Main Street in Park City. A real find! Great little bar upstairs with professional musicians. Take you date there, it's a refreshing change. Pros: intimate, tasty decor more

Nice Outdoor Dining 6/9/2004

Good food, service & value. We enjoyed lunch on a weekday afternoon. The host and server were equally accomodating to our 70-year-old grandmother and my 2-year-old nephew. We were able to relax and enjoy the good food & atmosphere. Nice. Pros: Quality, Service, Price more

Good food, friendly staff 5/25/2004

We took an out of town guest here last night, and we were very pleased with everything. All of our food was very good: brie appetizer, green salad, goat cheese ravioli, boulliabase.
