I've had an oil change before, that went pretty smoothly no big deal right and the price was decent. Today, I had an appt for them to address a sound I hear while breaking. If nothing else i wanted an oil change done. Anyway I show up at 8am the appointed time and no one there. I waited almost a half hour then finally left. I went to Jiffy Lube cause i may be going on a trip tomorrow and paid almost $70!! When i called Bippers later I asked why no one was there, the guy said they were running late. No apology or anything! I rescheduled but I don't think Im going back! I don't trust people that dont do what they say. I need my car fixed but seriously i am so irritated right now. I don't know about you but i think thats a load!
Cons: Ummm, not opening when they say.
