I got double charged on dec. 20th and have tried everyday since dec 23 to get my $33.51 back and I have yet to receive it as of jan 7th. I've been told every 5 days since Dec. 23 that it would be 5-7 days and have finally had to write a letter for my bank to get my refund since the company I paid cant seem to refund the DOUBLE CHARGE that they charged to me within a 3 minute period.\r

Needless to say there customer service is AWFUL.
Pros: the atomosphere is ok, nothing special tho, same for the food
Cons: they wont give your money back if they double charge your credit/debit card..beware!
