Incredible value, we love our pool table! 10/20/2008

We shopped around for a few months before deciding to buy our table. We found a table we loved and when we saw the price, we almost couldn't believe it. With the research I'd done, I recognized the quality was as high or higher than anything I'd seen at other stores. We loved watching the table get installed and the two guys who did it were incredibly professional. The table is beautiful and we get compliments from everyone who sees it. Great table. Great service. Great value. more

Buyer Beware!! 12/2/2007

Purchased a table here and was told it was on backorder and would be delivered in two weeks. Two months went by and I called the store and a new manger was there and she did not have any history on me or the table I purchased. She tried to find info and called customer service where she was told I was not in the database (she even faxed my receipt). I had to call AMEX and dispute the charges and I wentto Games and Things for my purchase. So sad... you guys need to step up on service because your products are very well priced. more
