Man when I came to this city the first thing I noticed was all these BBQ places called Bill Miller! It is quite unique to find them everywhere like a Starbucks or McDonalds! They sell BBQ as fast food but it really does not taste good at all. I only went once with a friend and immediately hated it. Their food is so dry and stale like it has been made a long time ago and was sitting in a bin out in the open. The only edible thing is their sausages! I would not come back here if someone paid me! more

  • In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family-owned and operated business with 75 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, and surrounding areas.

    We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, ham, turkey, and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of bread and pies made fresh daily.
