I had car insurance with Bill Freshe for about 4 years, and the staff in the office was always very professional and friendly. I had one claim during this time that was handled promply and without question. The receptionist is always cheerful and a blast to talk to while you wait to see your agent, and they always have coffee and a newspaper to keep you occupied. The old house that the office occupies is a little run down, but hey I don't mind if there is some marks on the paint as long as the service is up to snuff!
PROS: Super Friendly Staff, promply handles business
CONS: old house that office is in is a little shabby!
